Abstract
Description
The invention relates to compositions of mastics used as protective coatings of metal surfaces and can be used in various sectors of the economy, namely, to cover the bottoms of cars that are subjected to water-salt, thermal and abrasive effects.
Known composition for waterproofing coatings, including styrene butadiene thermoplastic elastomer, synthetic divinyl styrene rubber, bitumen, Quaternary amine, calcium hydroxide and chopped fiber [1]
The main disadvantages of this composition are insufficiently high operational and protective properties. In addition, it is effective only as a waterproofing coating of concrete. An important disadvantage is the need to use high temperatures in the process of its preparation (180 about C) and the difficulty in uniform application to the surface.
Closest to the proposed one is mastic, including styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer, petroleum resin, rosin, phosphoric acid, mineral filler and organic solvent [2]
This mastic has good operational properties (adhesion, resistance to aggressive and abrasive media). However, coatings based on it have not sufficiently high resistance to thermal effects, resistance to aging.
The aim of the invention is to improve the operational properties of coatings, namely increasing the hardness of the film, resistance to aging.
ч. This is achieved by the fact that the mastic, including styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer, petroleum resin, rosin and an organic solvent, contains styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer filled with polystyrene DST-30R20PS grade polystyrene, as well as a bitumen resin and oil resin low molecular weight butadiene-styrene copolymer SKOBS and antioxidant phenolic or amine type in the following ratio of components, parts by weight

Styrene butadiene thermo

In the proposed mastic, the use of expensive and scarce components is significantly limited and, in addition, substandard polymers, for example, butadiene styrene thermoplastic elastomer filled with polystyrene of the DST-30R20PS grade, which does not meet the TU standards in terms of its performance, can be used in its composition. The use of this type of polymer does not impair the protective properties of the mastic.
Obtaining this thermoplastic is as follows. The solvent is loaded into the first apparatus (a mixture of 75% cyclohexane and 25% hexane) and styrene, a n-butyl lithium catalyst and methyl tert-butyl ether are introduced in a 2: 1 ratio. The amount of catalyst is supplied based on the calculation of the characteristic viscosity of the first polystyrene block of 0.10-0.12 dl / g. Then, butadiene is introduced into the reactor based on the preparation of a copolymer containing 30% styrene and 70% butadiene. After completion of the process, a two-block copolymer is obtained. Then a combination with tetraethoxysilane is carried out. In the second apparatus, polystyrene is prepared by polymerization of styrene in a solvent in the presence of n-butyl lithium and methyl tert-butyl ether. Polystyrene is obtained with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3-0.5 dl / g. Then a mixture of both polymer solutions is carried out and served on degassing. The content of polystyrene in the modified DST-30 20%
