Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a technology for producing threads having high physical, mechanical and operational properties and used for reinforcing plastics, in rubber products and technical materials for filtration and insulation.
Known optically anisotropic solution containing aromatic polyamides, for example poly-n-phenylene terephthalamide, polyparabenzamide and solvents such as highly concentrated sulfuric acid, oleum, chloro and bromosulfonic acids, methanesulfonic acid or amide solvents like N-methylpyrrolidone, N, N'-dimethylacetamide lithium chloride or calcium. Such solutions at room temperature have very high viscosities, which can be avoided only by decreasing the concentration of polyamide in the solution, which is economically disadvantageous, or processing at elevated temperatures, which leads to a decrease in viscosity in the polymer, i.e. destruction and partial loss of properties. From these solutions with a concentration of polyamide in the solution> 10% by the method of dry-wet spinning, fibers were obtained having a filament strength of 22 g / d and an initial module of 900 g / d.
-HN NHCO CO-
Known threads obtained from an anisotropic solution of a polyamide of the formula
-HN NHCO CO-
in highly concentrated sulfuric acid (99.5-100.2% concentration). Anisotropic solutions contain 5-25 wt. polymer with an intrinsic viscosity of at least 0.7 dl / g. The yarns obtained from these solutions by the dry-wet method have a strength of about 15 g / d and an elastic modulus of 170 g / d. Fibers have low physical and mechanical properties.

где m/n 10 70/30 90;

или
_
где m/n/l 30/60/10;
The closest technical solution is an anisotropic solution of aromatic copolyamide in highly concentrated sulfuric acid and a thread obtained from it. The anisotropic solution contains the copolyamide of the following structure

or
_
where m / n / l 30/60/10;
x 0, S, NH with an intrinsic viscosity> 3.0 dl / g and 99.8-100% sulfuric acid. The concentration of polyamide in solution is 11-30 wt. An anisotropic solution is obtained by dissolving the precipitated powdered polymer in sulfuric acid. The resulting solutions were spun through an air layer in water, the fiber was washed, dried and heat-treated at 350-500 ° C under tension. The strength of the obtained filaments reached 270 gf / tex and the initial modulus of 9175 gf / tex. Known threads have a low initial modulus and, as studies have shown, low creep.

The copolyamides used in this invention are obtained from the corresponding comonomers by the method of low temperature solution polycondensation in an aprotic polar solvent of the amide type with the addition of casting or calcium chlorides. To prepare a polycondensation copolyamide solution with the required intrinsic viscosity, the method of non-equimolar loading of dicarboxylic acid dichloride with respect to the mixture of diamines is used. After completion of the reaction, the polyamide is precipitated, washed and dried.

To obtain an anisotropic solution, the resulting copolyamide is dissolved in 98-102% sulfuric acid.
