Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular, can be used in surgery, dermatology and cosmetology.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the patient is injected intravenously daily with oxidized autologous blood, the administration being started with 12 ml of venous blood and 2 ml of a 0.04-0.06% sodium hypochlorite solution 45-60 seconds after mixing, gradually increasing the hypochlorite ratio sodium and blood up to 6: 1, followed by a return to the original ratio (changing the ratio provides a volume value of 2.0 ml) with parallel extracorporeal ultraviolet irradiation of venous autologous blood with a wavelength of 254 nm at blood flow arrises of 50-100 ml / min, lasting 30-60 minutes for 3-10 days. With the simultaneous application of affected skin areas with a 0.08-0.1% sodium hypochlorite solution for 30-40 minutes 4-6 times a day.
In complicated forms of pyoderma, a second course of treatment can be prescribed when the patient is given autohemotherapy with oxidized blood intramuscularly every other day.
1. The comparative effectiveness of various combinations of blood and sodium hypochlorite in the treatment of pyoderma is given in table. 1.
Taking the ratio of blood: sodium hypochlorite 6: 1, as the most effective, 25 patients received a comparative extracorporeal ultraviolet irradiation of autologous blood with a wavelength of 254 nm at a blood flow rate of 50-100 ml / min, duration 30-60 min for 3-10 days. and with the simultaneous application of affected skin areas with a 0.08-0.1% sodium hypochlorite solution for 30-40 minutes, 4-6 times a day.
2. The comparative effectiveness of treating pyoderma with oxidized blood with parallel UV irradiation of autologous blood is given in Table. 2.
Thus, the most effective are the duration of irradiation of 30-60 minutes for 3-10 days, the blood flow rate of 50-100 ml / min, the wavelength of 254 nm with the simultaneous application of affected areas of the skin with a 0.08-0.1% solution sodium hypochlorite for 30-40 minutes 4-6 times a day.
The results of the proposed method for the treatment of pyoderma showed in almost all respects an almost twofold superiority of its effectiveness compared to the traditional method.
Another objective indicator of the effectiveness of treatment is the timing of the regression of the pathological process.
3. Dates of disappearance (days) of clinical manifestations of staphyloderma in patients of the main and control groups are given in table. 3.
Relapse of pyoderma in patients of the main group proceeded much easier, and clinical recovery occurred in a shorter time than in patients of the control group.
4. The frequency of occurrence of recurrence of pyoderma in patients of the main and control (months) is given in table. 4.
