Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mining, transport and engineering construction.
When driving horizontal shallow excavations, especially in dense urban areas, in unstable loose rocks, preliminary strengthening stabilization of these rocks is necessary to prevent collapse of the excavation arch and slaughter from the load of the mass of soil column above the exposure of the roof.
There is a method of driving horizontal mine workings and preliminary continuous freezing of rocks in the roof from vertical or deviated wells drilled from the surface [1]. But this method is applicable in water-saturated soils and is one of the most time-consuming and expensive.
Closest to the technical nature of the proposed is a method of sinking horizontal workings, for example tunnels, including chemical fastening of an array of loose unstable rocks along the production route before the start of tunneling work. For this, injection wells are drilled from the surface into the fixation zone at any angle to the axis of production. Wells are positioned at such a distance from each other to ensure continuity of rock fixation above the roof and in the bottom when injection of the hardening solution through the wells [2]. The disadvantages of this method are the large volumes of drilling and the cost of expensive chemical hardening solutions.
Given the continuity of the fixing of the well, it is necessary to place several pieces along the production route in rows transverse to the direction of the route.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the volume of drilling and the flow rate of the hardening solution while ensuring the stability of the near-edge array of non-aquiferous rocks due to the redistribution of the vertical load over the face.
This is achieved by the fact that in the known method, comprising advancing the consolidation of loose rocks along the production route by drilling injection wells from the surface into the fixing zone, injecting a hardening solution into this zone and subsequent drilling penetration, when drilling the axis of the wells, they are oriented in a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal the axis of the excavation and is inclined to its axis at an angle of 40-50 °, and when injecting a hardening solution through these wells, the rock mass is secured along the production route above the bottom of the face and in front of it They are layered by forming inclined walls transverse to the direction of the route.
Figure 1 shows the phase of the construction of deviated wells, a longitudinal section; in FIG. 2 - the same, ahead of the excavation of the excavation, a longitudinal section; figure 3 is a section aa in figure 3; figure 4 - graphs of changes in the load on part of the wall, on the exposure of the roof and changes in the length of the well depending on the change in the angle of inclination of the well (wall).
Before entering the horizontal production (tunnel) in the 1 malosvyaznye nevodonosnye loose rock (sand) 2 on the track are drilled in one row of
е. и объем бурения, возрастает почти в два раза, а нагрузка на крепь кровли и стену уменьшается всего на 20-25%, при угле наклона в 60о длина скважин уменьшается несущественно, но нагрузки на кровлю Vк возрастают в 1,5-2 раза (фиг.4).In FIG. 4 shows that the angle of injection wells and walls formed should be performed within about 40-50, as this provides the least length L smaller wells and correspondingly the load of the mass of the
The step between the wells in the row is selected from the calculation (by known methods) of no more than the passage of the arch of natural equilibrium for these rocks, excluding the development of the arch of collapse between the walls in the massif. As a result of such layer-by-layer fixing, sufficient work safety is ensured and the volume of well drilling and the flow rate of the hardening solution are removed. Compared with the prototype, the drilling volume is reduced due to the placement of only one row of wells along the longitudinal axis, instead of 4-6 rows, and the decrease in the flow rate of the hardening solution is confirmed by the following calculation. When injecting the solution by a known method, 270 liters are consumed per well. At a step of penetration of 1.5 m, two transverse rows of wells of 5 pcs are drilled. Then the consumption will be 270 liters, 2.5 = 2700 liters. In the proposed method, at the same step, they form one wall with a width of 4 m, a thickness of 0.1 m, and a height (tilt) L = = = 12 m. The volume of the wall is 4 x 12 x 0.1 = 4.8 m 3 . With a flow rate of 1 m 3 = 250 l of solution, the flow rate will be 4.8˙250 = 1200 l, i.e. a decrease in the flow rate of the solution by 1 step of penetration will be 2700 - 1200 = 1500 l.
Using the proposed method, while ensuring the safety of penetration, will reduce labor and material costs and accelerate penetration due to the simultaneous operations of anticipating the future entry and penetration of an already secured section.
