Abstract
The utility model relates to energy recovery devices in air conditioning and ventilation installations. The heat exchanger has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, the edges of which are made of sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 5 mm. Two opposite faces are notched in the center. Inside the heat exchanger is made in the form of a set of corrugated and flat sheets with a thickness of 0.05 mm to less than 0.1 mm, stacked alternately in a stack. The waves of the corrugated sheets are oriented in one direction and form parallel air channels. In this case, the air channels abut against the edges that have a cutout. The proposed heat exchanger differs in that, with small dimensions and weight, it has low air resistance due to a large cutout in the frame for the passage of air, thin walls of the frame and thin sheets of the heat exchanger insert. This type of heat exchanger can be used in supply and exhaust ventilation units with alternate switching on of supply and exhaust air. The device is a complete product and has a rectangular frame, which allows it to be conveniently used in ventilation units.
Description
In modern ventilation, the issue of regeneration or recuperation of the extract air energy is relevant. There are various schemes of regenerative heat exchangers, one of the disadvantages of which is the high resistance of the heat exchanger to the air passing through it. The main reasons for the high air resistance are the use of a volumetric heat exchange insert, which strongly overlaps the cross section of the heat exchanger, or the use of a heat exchange insert with a size much smaller than the frame of the heat exchanger.
As an analogue taken RF patent No. 2281450, publ. 10.08.2006, RU, IPC F28D 19/04 (2006.01), Rotating heat exchanger. This heat exchanger has good energy recovery and the plates used in it have low air resistance. The disadvantage is the round drum, which is built into the rectangular section of the frame. Thus, in the cross section of the heat exchanger there are zones through which air does not pass and the total air resistance increases.
As an analogue taken RF patent No. 2277205, publ. May 27, 2006 Bul. No. 15., RU, IPC F24F 3/147 (2006.01), Method for regulating heat exchange in the ventilation system of office and residential premises and a device for implementing this method. The described method of operation implies the use of a moisture-absorbing sorbent at the inlet to the heat exchanger, due to which warm moist air must move in the direction of the sorbent - heat accumulator, and cold dry air in the direction of the heat accumulator - sorbent. The proposed heat accumulator with filling in the form of balls, granules or a block structure, which strongly fill the space of the heat exchanger, which hinders the passage of air.
The objective of the presented utility model is to reduce air resistance on a plate regenerative heat exchanger in comparison with analogs. The task is solved:
за счет применения в качестве теплообменной вставки плоских листов толщиной от 0,05 мм до менее 0,1 мм и волнообразно гофрированных листов толщиной от 0,05 мм до менее 0,1 мм с высотой волны от 2 мм до 6 мм,due to the use of flat sheets with a thickness of 0.05 mm to less than 0.1 mm and corrugated sheets with a thickness of 0.05 mm to less than 0.1 mm as a heat exchange insert with a wave height of 2 mm to 6 mm,
за счет применения прямоугольного каркаса с гранями толщиной от 0,5 мм до 5 мм,due to the use of a rectangular frame with edges from 0.5 mm to 5 mm thick,
за счет выреза по центру грани, открывающему сечение теплообменника от 90% до менее 100% от внутреннего размера каркаса.due to a cutout in the center of the edge, which opens the cross-section of the heat exchanger from 90% to less than 100% of the internal size of the frame.
These solutions reduce the resistance to air passing through the heat exchanger.
The utility model relates to energy recovery devices in air conditioning and ventilation installations.
An exemplary embodiment of the device is shown in Fig. 1. The device is a set of corrugated rectangular sheets (Fig. 1, pos. 1) and flat (Fig. 1, pos. 2), stacked alternately in a stack. The corrugated sheets are laid so that the waves are oriented in one direction and form channels, so that air can pass through the regenerator only along one axis through the entire open section of the heat exchanger (through all channels at the same time). In the finished form, the frame of the heat exchanger has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped (Fig. 1, pos. 3) and has a cover (Fig. 1, pos. 4). The frame is made of sheet metal or plastic, the thickness of the walls of the frame is from 0.5 mm to 5 mm, 2 opposite edges (frame walls) have cutouts in the center, opening from 90% to less than 100% of the inner dimension of the edge, thus the frame resembles a box with a through cut, with cutouts made on the edges against which the channels of the corrugated sheets abut. All cutout sections occupy channels. Thus, air flows through all openings at the same time.
The rectangular frame allows the heat exchanger to be built exactly into the section of the ventilation unit, using all its internal space. The walls of the frame with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 5 mm minimize the cross-section of the ventilation unit. A cut in the center of the edge, opens the cross section of the heat exchanger from 90% to less than 100% minimally reduces the cross section for air passage. The use of sheets with a thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm as a heat exchange insert allows to reduce air resistance when air passes through the insert.
5).The regeneration process is achieved by alternately passing warm moist air and cold dry air through the channels of the regenerator (Fig. 1, item 5).
The air passing through the regenerator meets the minimum obstacle to movement. Thus, the task of the utility model is solved.
