Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to simulate strain gauge sensors and strain gauges when calibrating measuring instruments.
Known simulator of a discrete increment of resistance of strain gauges with a parallel shunt [1]. The accuracy of such a simulator is low due to the significant influence of the resistances of the connecting and output conductors of the simulator.
Для реальных значений тензометрии (R1 = 120 Ом, ΔR = 4,80 м, R5 = 70 Ом) d = 2,3%.Also known is a simulator of discrete increment of resistance of strain gauges with a parallel shunt, included in the circuit in a four-wire circuit [2]. Here, the influence of the resistance of the output conductors is excluded by the multi-wire inclusion of the simulator in the measuring circuit using potential and current output conductors. However, the influence of the resistance of the switching element of the inclusion of the shunt, especially during fast (of the order of several thousand per second) switching, necessary for checking high-speed measuring instruments and systems, remains significant. The high-speed requirement obliges us to use non-contact switching elements such as MOS transistors with significant resistance in the open state to include a shunt in the circuit simulator. Switching elements, for example, type 590KN5, have an open resistance of about 70 ohms. The relative error of such a simulator is determined by the expression:
d = R 5 ΔR / R 2 1 , where R 5 is the resistance of the switching element of the shunt; ΔR - increment of resistance of imitators; R 1 - reference resistance of the simulator. For real strain gauge values (R 1 = 120 Ohm, ΔR = 4.80 m, R 5 = 70 Ohm) d = 2.3%.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the invention is a simulator containing a reference resistor with current and potential terminals at each end, two additional resistors, one of which is connected at one end to the current and the other at one end to the potential terminals of one end of the reference a resistor and a shunt resistor with a switching element connected to the free ends of additional resistors.
d = R5 ΔR/R3 R2, где R2 и R3 - cопротивления дополнительных резисторов, например, при R2= R3 = 480 Ом, R1 = 120 Ом, Δ R = 4,8 Ом, R5 = 70 Oм имеем: d = 0,15%, что недостаточно для прецизионных имитаторов.The relative error here is determined by the expression:
d = R 5 ΔR / R 3 R 2 , where R 2 and R 3 are the resistances of additional resistors, for example, when R 2 = R 3 = 480 Ohms, R 1 = 120 Ohms, Δ R = 4.8 Ohms, R 5 = 70 Ohm we have: d = 0.15%, which is not enough for precision simulators.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the simulator.
This is achieved by the fact that in the simulator of a discrete increment of resistance of a strain gage containing a reference resistor with a current and potential terminals at each end, two additional resistors, one of which is connected at one end to the current and the other at one end to the potential terminal, and connected in series a shunt resistor and a switching element, the free ends of which are connected respectively to the free ends of additional resistors, additional resistors are connected respectively to currents mu and potential terminals connected to different ends of the reference resistor.
The drawing shows a circuit simulator of a discrete increment of a strain gauge.
R3.The simulator contains a reference resistor 1 (R 1 ) with current and potential terminals at each end, two additional resistors 2 and 3 (R 2 and R 3 ) connected to the current and potential terminals of different ends of the reference resistor, shunt 4 (R 4 ) and a switching element 5 (R 5 ) connected in series with it, connected to the ends of additional resistors R 2 and R 3 .
I = i1 + i4
U = i1R1 - i4R3
U = i4R4 - i1R2, откуда: ΔR= R1(R1+R2+R3) + R2R3)/(R1+R2+R3+R4) R4 = R1((R1+R2+R3)+R2R3))/ ΔR-R1-R2-R3 В реальном случае: ΔR* =R1((R1+R2+R3)+R2R3))/(R1+R2+R3+R4+R5), поэтому погрешность: d = 1 - ΔR*/ ΔR = =R5/(R1+R2+R3+R4+R5) C другой стороны: d= R5ΔR(R2 1+R1R2+R1R3+R2R3) Для прототипа = 0,09%.The device operates as follows. The work of the simulator is described by a system of equations:
I = i 1 + i 4
U = i 1 R 1 - i 4 R 3
U = i 4 R 4 - i 1 R 2 , whence: ΔR = R 1 (R 1 + R 2 + R 3 ) + R 2 R 3 ) / (R 1 + R 2 + R 3 + R 4 ) R 4 = R 1 ((R 1 + R 2 + R 3 ) + R 2 R 3 )) / ΔR-R 1 -R 2 -R 3 In the real case: ΔR * = R 1 ((R 1 + R 2 + R 3 ) + R 2 R 3 )) / (R 1 + R 2 + R 3 + R 4 + R 5 ), therefore the error: d = 1 - ΔR * / ΔR = = R 5 / (R 1 + R 2 + R 3 + R 4 + R 5) On the other hand: d = R 5 ΔR (R 2 1 + R 1 R 2 + R 1 R 3 + R 2 R 3 ) For the prototype = 0.09%.
5.Thus, the connection of additional resistors 2 and 3 (R 2 and R 3 ), respectively, through the current and potential leads to different ends of the reference resistor, reduces the error introduced by the resistance of the switching element 5.
The invention allows to significantly increase the accuracy of the simulators of the discrete increment of the resistance of the strain gage by reducing the error introduced by the switching element of the high-speed contactless simulators, and to increase the level of metrological work on the certification of high-speed measuring instruments and systems.
