Claims (21)

1. Запечатывающий инструмент (10), прежде всего для соединения сосудов, имеющий:
первую браншу (11), которая на ее дистальном конце (16) имеет первую часть (17) рабочего органа запечатывающего рабочего органа (18),
вторую браншу (12), которая установлена по отношению к первой бранше (11) с возможностью поворота и на ее дистальном конце (21) имеет вторую часть (20) рабочего органа запечатывающего рабочего органа (18),
посадочное место (24) кассеты, которое выполнено для размещения ножевой кассеты (25).
2. Ножевая кассета (25), прежде всего для применения в запечатывающем рабочем органе по п. 1, имеющая:
корпус (26), который выполнен охватывающим внутреннее пространство (27),
нож (30), который имеет по меньшей мере одну режущую кромку (32), а также имеет приводное устройство (36) или сцепное устройство (38) для присоединения к приводному устройству (36),
причем нож (30) в ножевой кассете (25) размещен подвижно для обеспечения перемещения из первого положения, в котором режущая кромка (32) размещена во внутреннем пространстве (27), во второе положение, в котором режущая кромка (32) находится вне ножевой кассеты (25).
3. Ножевая кассета по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет запорный механизм (40), который функционально размещен между корпусом (26) и ножом (30).
4. Ножевая кассета по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что запорный механизм (40) для разблокирования имеет приводную поверхность (45).
5. Ножевая кассета по одному из пп. 2-4, отличающаяся тем, что ножевая кассета (25) имеет запорный механизм (40) для запирания ножа (30) в его первом положении.
6. Ножевая кассета по одному из пп. 2-5, отличающаяся тем, что запорный механизм (40) имеет подвижно установленный на или в корпусе (26) блокировочный компонент (41), с которым соотнесена выполненная на ноже (30) блокировочная структура (39).
7. Запечатывающий инструмент по п. 1 с ножевой кассетой по одному из пп. 2-6.
8. Запечатывающий инструмент по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что блокировочный компонент (41) выполнен взаимодействующим с выполненной на посадочном месте (24) кассеты или на приводном устройстве (36) разблокирующей структурой (44).
9. Запечатывающий инструмент по п. 7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что запорный механизм (40) выполнен для запирания ножевой кассеты (25) на посадочном месте (24) кассеты.
10. Запечатывающий инструмент по меньшей мере по одному из пп. 7-9, отличающийся тем, что запорный механизм (40) выполнен как переключаемый стопор, блокировочный компонент (41) которого выполнен стопорящим в первом положении нож (30) в ножевой кассете (25), а во втором положении - ножевую кассету (25) на посадочном месте (24) кассеты.
11. Запечатывающий инструмент по одному из пп. 7-10, отличающийся тем, что ножевая кассета (25) имеет ножевой канал (28), который размещен на одной прямой с выполненным в инструменте (10) ножевым каналом (29), когда ножевая кассета (25) установлена на посадочном месте (24) кассеты.
12. Запечатывающий инструмент по одному из пп. 7-11, отличающийся тем, что ножевая кассета (25) имеет устройство втягивания ножа.
13. Запечатывающий инструмент по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что устройство втягивания ножа является пружинным элементом (49), который расположен с предварительным смещением ножа (30) в положение, в котором лезвие (32) ножа (30) находится во внутреннем пространстве (27) корпуса (26).
14. Запечатывающий инструмент по одному из пп. 7-13, отличающийся тем, что ножевая кассета (25) выполнена образующей проксимальный участок второй бранши (12) и имеет вторую рукоятку (23).
15. Запечатывающий инструмент по одному из пп. 7-14, отличающийся тем, что нож (30) имеет сцепную структуру (38) для присоединения захвата (37) приводного устройства (36).
