Claims (24)
1. Система очистки отработавшего газа, содержащая:
a) первый инжектор для впрыскивания аммиака или соединения, разлагаемого на аммиак, в отработавший газ;
b) сажевый фильтр дизельного двигателя, содержащий впускной конец и выпускной конец, причем указанный фильтр содержит каталитический нейтрализатор селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR) и каталитический нейтрализатор окисления;
c) второй инжектор для впрыскивания аммиака или соединения, разлагаемого на аммиак, в отработавший газ, расположенный ниже по потоку от фильтра; и
d) расположенный ниже по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор, содержащий каталитический нейтрализатор селективного каталитического восстановления, расположенный ниже по потоку от второго инжектора; и
причем каталитический нейтрализатор окисления наносят на выпускной конец фильтра.
2. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что каталитический нейтрализатор окисления содержит один или более металлов платиновой группы.
3. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что каталитический нейтрализатор окисления содержит платину, палладий или их комбинации.
4. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что каталитический нейтрализатор селективного каталитического восстановления содержит состав каталитического нейтрализатора SCR на основе оксида металла, состав каталитического нейтрализатора SCR на основе молекулярного сита или их смеси.
5. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что расположенный ниже по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор дополнительно содержит каталитический нейтрализатор окисления аммиака.
6. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что соотношение NO2:NOx отработавшего газа, поступающего в расположенный ниже по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор, составляет более 10%.
7. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая расположенный выше по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор, расположенный выше по потоку от фильтра, причем расположенный выше по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор содержит дизельный каталитический нейтрализатор окисления, каталитический нейтрализатор-накопитель NOx или их комбинации.
8. Способ очистки отработавшего газа, включающий:
a) добавление аммиака или соединения, разлагаемого на аммиак, в отработавший газ посредством первого инжектора;
b) пропускание отработавшего газа через сажевый фильтр дизельного двигателя, содержащий впускной конец и выпускной конец, причем фильтр содержит каталитический нейтрализатор селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR) и каталитический нейтрализатор окисления;
c) добавление аммиака или соединения, разлагаемого на аммиак, в отработавший газ посредством второго инжектора, расположенного ниже по потоку от фильтра; и
d) пропускание отработавшего газа через расположенный ниже по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор, содержащий каталитический нейтрализатор селективного каталитического восстановления, расположенный ниже по потоку от второго инжектора; и
причем каталитический нейтрализатор окисления наносят на выпускной конец фильтра.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что каталитический нейтрализатор окисления содержит один или более металлов платиновой группы.
10. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что каталитический нейтрализатор окисления содержит платину, палладий или их комбинации.
11. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что каталитический нейтрализатор селективного каталитического восстановления содержит состав каталитического нейтрализатора SCR на основе оксида металла, состав каталитического нейтрализатора SCR на основе молекулярного сита или их смеси.
12. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что расположенный ниже по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор дополнительно содержит каталитический нейтрализатор окисления аммиака.
13. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что соотношение NO2:NOx отработавшего газа, поступающего в расположенный ниже по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор, составляет более 10%.
14. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно включающий расположенный выше по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор, расположенный выше по потоку от фильтра, причем расположенный выше по потоку каталитический нейтрализатор содержит дизельный каталитический нейтрализатор окисления, каталитический нейтрализатор-накопитель NOx или их комбинации.
