Claims (31)

1. Верхний слой, содержащий бумагу, пропитанную смоляной композицией, причем указанная смоляная композиция содержит
термопластичную акриловую смолу, имеющую температуру стеклования в интервале от примерно -20°С до примерно 40°С, и
от примерно 0,0001 мас.% до примерно 3,5 мас.% воска относительно массы смоляной композиции,
причем содержание акриловой смолы в верхнем слое находится в интервале от примерно 15 мас.% до примерно 35 мас.% относительно массы верхнего слоя.
2. Верхний слой по п. 1, в котором температура стеклования акриловой смолы находится в интервале от примерно 10°С до примерно 35°С.
3. Верхний слой по п. 1, в котором воск имеет температуру плавления в интервале от примерно 15°С до примерно 85°С.
4. Верхний слой по п. 1, содержащий воск, выбранный из гача, парафинового воска, горного воска, микрокристаллического воска и их смесей.
5. Верхний слой по п. 1, в котором содержание акриловой смолы в верхнем слое находится в интервале от примерно 15,0 мас.% до примерно 32,5 мас.% относительно массы верхнего слоя.
6. Верхний слой по п. 1, в котором смоляная композиция дополнительно содержит компонент, выбранный из диолов, разделительных агентов, пеногасителей и смачивателей.
7. Верхний слой по п. 1, в котором бумага представляет собой крафт-бумагу.
8. Верхний слой по п. 7, в котором крафт-бумага имеет базовый вес в интервале от примерно 70 до примерно 90 г/м2.
9. Верхний слой по п. 7, в котором крафт-бумага имеет содержание золы в интервале от примерно 5 до примерно 12 мас.% от крафт-бумаги.
10. Верхний слой по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий акриловое красочное покрытие, которое содержит акриловую смолу.
11. Верхний слой по п. 10, в котором акриловое красочное покрытие имеет вес в интервале от примерно 25 до примерно 45 г/м2.
12. Верхний слой по п. 1, имеющий содержание летучих веществ в интервале до примерно 4% относительно массы верхнего слоя.
13. Верхний слой по п. 1, имеющий проникание воды меньше 200 г/м2 при измерении с использованием ASTM D-5795 и больше 500 циклов при измерении с использованием абразиметра Табера в сочетании с диском Calibrase CS-17.
14. Способ производства верхнего слоя, включающий стадии
а) пропитывания бумаги композицией термопластичной акриловой смолы, содержащей акриловую смолу, имеющую температуру стеклования в интервале от примерно -20°С до примерно 40°С, до содержания акриловой смолы в интервале от примерно 15 мас.% до примерно 35 мас.% относительно массы пропитанной бумаги и содержания воска от примерно 0,0001 мас.% до примерно 3,5 мас.% относительно массы смоляной композиции; и
b) отверждения пропитанной бумаги при давлении окружающей среды и при температуре в интервале от 100°С до примерно 200°С.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором температура на стадии отверждения находится в интервале от 149°С до примерно 177°С.
16. Способ по п. 14, в котором содержание акриловой смолы в пропитанной бумаге находится в интервале от примерно 15,0 мас.% до примерно 32,5 мас.% относительно массы пропитанной бумаги.
17. Способ по п. 14, в котором бумага представляет собой крафт-бумагу.
18. Способ по п. 14, дополнительно включающий стадии
с) нанесения покрытия из акриловой краски на отвержденную бумагу, причем акриловая краска содержит акриловую смолу; и
d) отверждения бумаги с покрытием из акриловой краски.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором покрытие из акриловой краски имеет вес в интервале от примерно 25 до примерно 45 г/м2.
20. Способ по п. 14, дополнительно включающий стадию
е) наклеивания верхнего слоя на подложку с использованием клея и давления меньше примерно 206843 Па.
21. Строительный материал, содержащий верхний слой по п. 1 и подложку - гипсокартонную плиту или стеновую панель.
22. Строительный материал по п. 21, представляющий собой потолочную плитку, содержащую гипсокартонную плиту.
23. Строительный материал по п. 21, имеющий характеристику класса звукопоглощения (STC) от примерно 30 до примерно 65 при испытании согласно ASTM E90-04 и Е413-04.
