Claims (21)

1. Способ получения термически рециклизируемого полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала, имеющего объемную плотность при свободном вспенивании от 30 до 150 г/л посредством взаимодействия реакционной смеси, содержащей
a. изоцианатный компонент с функциональностью между 1,9-2,2;
b. полиольный компонент с функциональностью между 1,7-2,2;
c. по меньшей мере один вспенивающий агент; и
d. катализатор,
причем полиольный компонент (b) дополнительно содержит агент удлинения цепи.
2. Способ по п. 1, причем полиольный компонент (b) представляет собой сложный полиэфирполиол или простой полиэфирполиол со средней молекулярной массой от 500 г/моль до 12000 г/моль.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, причем полиуретановый мягкий пеноматериал имеет температуру размягчения ниже 150°С.
4. Термически рециклизируемый полиуретановый мягкий пеноматериал, получаемый посредством способа по одному из пп. 1-3.
5. Гибридный материал, содержащий полиуретановый мягкий пеноматериал по п. 4 и плотный термопластичный эластомер.
6. Гибридный материал, содержащий полиуретановый мягкий пеноматериал по п. 4 и плотный термопластичный полиуретан.
7. Гибридный материал по п. 5, содержащий полиуретановый мягкий пеноматериал по п. 4 и вспененный термопластичный полиуретан.
8. Гибридный материал по одному из пп. 5-7, причем по меньшей мере 50 мас.% использованного для образования полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала полиольного компонента (b) и реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам соединений (b) термопластичного полиуретана и по меньшей мере 50 мас.% использованного для образования полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала изоцианатного компонента (а) и органических изоцианатов (а) термопластичного полиуретана являются идентичными.
9. Способ рециклизации полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала по п. 4 посредством плавления.
10. Способ рециклизации гибридного материала по одному из пп. 5-7 посредством плавления.
11. Применение полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала по п. 4 или гибридного материала по одному из пп. 5-8 для одежды, украшений и компонентов украшений, спортивных аксессуаров; демпфирующего материала; вспененных частиц; чистящих средств для передвижных транспортных или летательных средств; медицинского изделия, деталей мебели; подушки, компонента подушки; матраса, компонента матраса; принадлежности для транспортного или летательного средства, конструктивного элемента, поглощающего корпусные и воздушные шумы; элемента оформления для электрических компонентов и уплотнителей, а также изделия для сельского хозяйства и для гидропонных субстратов.
12. Применение полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала по п. 4 или гибридного материала по одному из пп. 5-8 для обуви.
13. Элемент амортизирующей вкладки из полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала по п. 4 для области пятки, области передней части стопы или в обувном язычке.
14. Стелька для обуви из полиуретанового мягкого пеноматериала по п. 4.
15. Обувь, содержащая полиуретановый мягкий пеноматериал по п. 4 в качестве амортизирующей вкладки в области пятки, в области передней части стопы или в обувном язычке или в качестве стельки.
16. Обувь, содержащая полиуретановый мягкий пеноматериал по п. 4 в качестве амортизирующей вкладки в области пятки, в области передней части стопы или в обувном язычке или в качестве стельки, и промежуточную подошву из вспененного термопластичного полиуретана и/или нижнюю подошву, наружный материал и/или другие компоненты обуви из термопластичного полиуретана.
