е. S=2πr2, по формуле:A method for studying the acoustic characteristics of objects in a reverberation chamber, consisting in the fact that a noise radiation source is installed on the floor of a reverberation chamber, which is a room with a volume of 60 to 1000 m 3 with non-parallel, internal fences, the surface of which is a sound reflector, while the level the sound power L p , dB, of the tested noise radiation source is determined from the results of measurements of the average sound pressure level L cp on the measuring surface, with acoustic microphones installed along its contour, which is taken as the hemisphere area S, m 2 , i.e. S = 2πr 2 , according to the formula:
где Lcp - средний уровень звукового давления в камере; А - эквивалентная площадь звукопоглощения камеры, определяемая по формуле:where L cp is the average sound pressure level in the chamber; A is the equivalent sound absorption area of the chamber, determined by the formula:
причем эквивалентная площадь звукопоглощения камеры определяется экспериментально, по измерениям времени реверберации Тр помещения, т.е. времени, в течение которого уровень звукового давления в помещении уменьшается на 60 дБ после прекращения действия источника излучения шума, при этом: V - объем помещения, м3; А0=1 м2, отличающийся тем, что исследуемый звукопоглощающий элемент, которым облицовывают источник излучения шума выполняют в виде жесткой и перфорированной стенок, между которыми расположен многослойный звукопоглощающий элемент, который выполняют в виде двух слоев: один, прилегающий к жесткой стенке, является звукопоглощающим, а другой, прилегающий к перфорированной стенке, выполняют с перфорацией из звукоотражающего материала сложного профиля, состоящего из равномерно распределенных пустотелых тетраэдров, при этом в качестве звукоотражающего материала применяют материал на основе алюминесодержащих сплавов с последующим наполнением их гидридом титана или воздухом с плотностью в пределах 0,5…0,9 кг/м3 со следующими прочностными свойствами: прочность на сжатие в пределах 5…10 МПа, прочность на изгиб в пределах 10…20 МПа, например пеноалюминий, или звукоизоляционные плиты на базе стеклянного штапельного волокна типа «Шумостоп» с плотностью материала, равной 60÷80 кг/м3, или материал на основе магнезиального вяжущего с армирующей стеклотканью или стеклохолстом.moreover, the equivalent area of sound absorption of the chamber is determined experimentally, by measuring the reverberation time T p of the room, i.e. the time during which the sound pressure level in the room decreases by 60 dB after the cessation of the effect of the noise radiation source, while: V is the volume of the room, m 3 ; A 0 = 1 m 2 , characterized in that the sound-absorbing element under study, which is lined with the noise radiation source, is made in the form of rigid and perforated walls, between which a multilayer sound-absorbing element is located, which is made in the form of two layers: one adjacent to the rigid wall is sound-absorbing, and the other, adjacent to the perforated wall, is made with perforation from a sound-reflecting material of a complex profile, consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, while a material based on aluminum-containing alloys is used as a sound-reflecting material, followed by filling them with titanium hydride or air with a density within 0.5 ... 0.9 kg / m 3 with the following strength properties: compressive strength in the range of 5 ... 10 MPa, flexural strength in the range of 10 ... 20 MPa, for example, foam aluminum, or soundproof plates based on glass staple fiber of the Shumostop type »With a material density equal to 60 ÷ 80 kg / m 3 , or mother al on the basis of magnesian binder with reinforcing fiberglass or fiberglass.
