Claims (13)
1. Деталь, содержащая подложку, имеющую, смежно с поверхностью подложки, по меньшей мере некоторый участок, который изготовлен из материала, который содержит кремний, и внешний барьер, образованный на поверхности подложки, причем внешний барьер содержит:
- первый слой, содержащий по меньшей мере один первый силикат редкоземельного элемента и имеющий зерна со средним размером, меньшим или равным 1 мкм; и
- второй слой, покрывающий первый слой, причем второй слой содержит по меньшей мере один второй силикат редкоземельного элемента и имеет зерна со средним размером, большим чем 1 мкм.
2. Деталь по п. 1, в которой второй слой имеет зерна со средним размером, большим или равным 3 мкм.
3. Деталь по п. 2, в которой второй слой имеет зерна со средним размером, большим или равным 5 мкм.
4. Деталь по п. 3, в которой второй слой имеет зерна со средним размером, большим или равным 10 мкм.
5. Деталь по п. 1, в которой внешний барьер дополнительно содержит адгезионный слой, содержащий кремний и находящийся между первым слоем и поверхностью подложки.
6. Деталь по п. 1, в которой второй слой находится в контакте с первым слоем.
7. Деталь по п. 1, в которой второй силикат редкоземельного элемента является моносиликатом редкоземельного элемента.
8. Деталь по п. 1, в которой первый силикат редкоземельного элемента и второй силикат редкоземельного элемента выбраны, независимо друг от друга, из: силиката иттербия и силиката иттрия.
9. Деталь по п. 8, в которой первый силикат редкоземельного элемента является дисиликатом иттрия, и второй силикат редкоземельного элемента является моносиликатом иттербия.
10. Способ изготовления детали по п. 1, причем способ содержит по меньшей мере первый этап, на котором образуют первый слой на поверхности подложки, и второй этап, на котором образуют второй слой на первом слое.
11. Способ использования детали по п. 1, причем способ содержит по меньшей мере этап, на котором используют упомянутую деталь при температуре, большей или равной 800°С, в среде, которая является окисляющей и влажной.
