Claims (10)
1. Состав для акустически прозрачного покрытия для использования на акустическом субстрате, содержащий диспергируемое в воде связующее вещество и относительно крупные частицы наполнителя, характеризующийся высокой концентрацией пигмента к объему, высокой вязкостью, высоким показателем сдвигового разжижения и быстрым высыханием, что позволяет распылять состав каплями, которые сохраняют свою идентичность при взаимном контакте.
2. Состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что имеет вязкость при комнатной температуре от 66 до 1450 BBU.
3. Состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что крупные частицы наполнителя имеют размер от 20 до 900 мкм.
4. Состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что концентрация пигмента в объемах вещества составляет от 40% до 99%.
5. Состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что распыленный слой состава, нанесенный с расходом в одну четверть галлона на 25 квадратных футов в среде с температурой 75°F и относительной влажностью 50%, становится сухим на ощупь в течение 30 мин.
6. Способ нанесения на акустический субстрат акустически прозрачного материала, включающий стадии распыления состава по п. 1 на субстрат в форме капель со скоростью, которая позволяет каплям высыхать путем испарения воды до того, как капли сливаются, по существу, вместе, в результате чего между высушенными каплями образуются пустоты.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что капли распыляют при размере капель более 1 мм.
8. Акустически прозрачное покрытие на акустической подложке, содержащее множество слоев высушенных капель, связанных с подложкой и смежными каплями, причем капли имеют достаточные участки, не контактирующие с соседними каплями, чтобы образовать взаимосвязанные поры, которые проходят через всю толщину покрытия.
9. Акустически прозрачное покрытие по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что высушенные капли имеют средний размер примерно от 0,5 до 2,5 мм.
10. Акустически прозрачное покрытие по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что толщина покрытия составляет от 0,03 до 0,15 дюйма.
