Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the chemical industry for the production of organic fertilizers and can be used in agriculture to increase soil fertility. On slightly humus soils with a low phosphate level, organomineral fertilizers are used to increase the fertility and availability of plants with nutrients.
Known granular fertilizer comprising nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium salts and peat in an amount of 20-60 wt.% By weight of dry salts. The introduction of organic fertilizer allows you to get a yield increase of 30 to 40% compared with the cultivation of the same crops on soils without fertilizers. The disadvantage of this fertilizer is the high moisture capacity and low availability of trace elements.
[1]. Closest to the proposed invention is an organomineral fertilizer containing 30-90% of mineral salts, mainly in the form of urea, superphosphate and potassium chloride and 10-70% of peat [1].
The composition of the fertilizer is as follows, wt.%: Peat 10-70 Urea 10-25 Superphosphate 15-30 Potassium chloride 10-30
A disadvantage of the known fertilizer is the high moisture capacity and low availability of trace elements. In addition, the high moisture capacity of peat, which is part of the fertilizer, limits the use of this fertilizer mainly to the area of reclamation agriculture and it cannot be applied without reducing yields during peat mineralization in areas with adverse weather conditions and minimal rainfall during the vegetative development of plants.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the moisture capacity and improve the quality of the fertilizer.
This is achieved by the fact that the fertilizer, including nitrogen and phosphoric salts, mainly ammonium sulfate and phosphorite flour, contains waste from coal mining and coal preparation as a source of organic matter in the following ratio, wt.%: Waste from coal mining and coal processing 80-83 Ammonium sulfate 2 -3 Phosphorite flour 15-17
A comparative analysis with a known fertilizer allows us to conclude that the proposed composition of the organomineral fertilizer differs from the known one by introducing coal mining and coal enrichment waste as a source of organic matter.
30-45%. Coal mining and enrichment wastes are oxidized, weathered, sooty, humic coals and enrichment sludges using magnetite powder. Basically, this is a carbon-containing mass with various gravel-like particle size distribution and with a partially destroyed crystal lattice, the amorphization level is 30-45%.
The composition of the waste coal mining and enrichment includes the following chemical elements, wt.%: Carbon 36-93 Nitrogen 0.06-1.8 Phosphorus 0.006-0.16 Potassium 0.41-0.58
The content of components varies depending on the level of amorphization: the lower limit is given for non-destroyed waste, the upper limit is for waste stored in air for 4-6 months.
To prepare this organomineral fertilizer, we take, for example: 0.1 mm mill waste and coal preparation ground to a fineness of 0.1 mm, wt. %: enrichment sludge with a carbon content of 55-75; oxidized coals with a carbon content of 76–25 (coal waste and sludge were taken from the dumps of technological wastes and stored slurry dumps of the processing plant of the Chernogorsky open pit); phosphate rock of the Obladzhansky field of grinding of 0.18 mm; crystalline ammonium sulfate from wastes of the coke production of the Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant and mixed in the dry form in the following ratio, wt.% on the dry matter of the mixture, 83: 15: 2. The mixture is treated with steam and granulated by forcing through a perforated grid. Granules are dried to a moisture content of 6-7%. The dried granules are ready for use as fertilizer.
Table 1 presents the moisture capacity of the proposed and known fertilizers.
Table 2 presents the values of the quantitative content of trace elements in the proposed and known fertilizers, mg / kg
Field tests of the proposed organomineral fertilizer showed high efficiency on irrigated lands compared with the known fertilizer.
3. The results are shown in table.3.
From the data table. 1 it follows that the moisture capacity of the proposed composition is 22-35 times less than the known moisture capacity, which allows for normal ripening 4-6 times to fully ripen and does not reduce crop yields during peat mineralization in the case of using known fertilizer and, therefore, provides sustainable increases harvest starting from the first year of application.
The data in table 2 confirm that the proposed organic fertilizer has an increased supply of trace elements and exceeds the known content: boron by 40 times, molybdenum by 4 times, copper by 2.5 times, cobalt by 2.5 times and, therefore, to improve the quality produced agricultural products grown when it is applied to the soil.
Using the present invention will improve: the quality of organic fertilizers due to its low moisture capacity and saturation with trace elements; fertility of slightly humus lands due to the involvement of coal mining and coal beneficiation products in the production of organic fertilizers.
