Claims (28)
1. Способ, содержащий шаги, на которых:
при наличии некоторого рабочего состояния двигателя, уменьшают поток газа из первого выпускного коллектора в заборный канал выше по потоку от компрессора, при этом с первым выпускным коллектором соединена только первая группа выпускных клапанов; и
в ответ на указанное уменьшение потока газа, увеличивают поток газа из первого выпускного коллектора в выпускной канал, соединенный со вторым выпускным коллектором, соединенным со второй группой выпускных клапанов.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором увеличение потока газа из первого выпускного коллектора в выпускной канал включает в себя увеличение потока газа из первого выпускного коллектора в выпускной канал ниже по потоку от турбины и каталитического нейтрализатора, расположенных в выпускном канале, причем турбина приводит в действие компрессор.
3. Способ по п. 2, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, во время увеличения потока газа из первого выпускного коллектора в выпускной канал ниже по потоку от турбины и каталитического нейтрализатора, направляют отработавшие газы из второго выпускного коллектора в турбину и каталитический нейтрализатор.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором уменьшение потока газа из первого выпускного коллектора в заборный канал включает в себя уменьшение величины прохода первого клапана, расположенного в первом канале, установленном между заборным каналом выше по потоку от компрессора и первым выпускным коллектором.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором увеличение потока газа из первого выпускного коллектора в выпускной канал включает в себя увеличение величины прохода второго клапана, расположенного во втором канале, установленном между первым выпускным коллектором и выпускным каналом ниже по потоку от турбины, причем турбина соединена с возможностью вращения с компрессором.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором степень или период увеличения величины прохода второго клапана зависит от необходимого давления в первом выпускном коллекторе и измеренного давления в первом выпускном коллекторе.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором необходимое давление в первом выпускном коллекторе зависит от давления во впускном коллекторе, и/или давления отработавших газов, и/или частоты вращения двигателя.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанное рабочее состояние двигателя включает в себя то, что температура на входе компрессора ниже нижней пороговой температуры, и/или температура на выходе компрессора выше верхней пороговой температуры, и/или число оборотов компрессора выше порогового.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанное рабочее состояние двигателя включает в себя то, что мощность двигателя выше верхней пороговой мощности.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанное рабочее состояние двигателя включает в себя то, что необходимый поток рециркуляции отработавших газов (РОГ) меньше текущего потока РОГ.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанное рабочее состояние двигателя включает в себя состояние с частично открытым дросселем, в котором величина прохода впускного дросселя меньше максимальной величины прохода.
12. Способ по п. 1, в котором степень уменьшения потока газа из первого выпускного коллектора в заборный канал зависит от давления в первом выпускном коллекторе и давления в выпускном канале.
13. Способ, содержащий шаги, на которых:
в ответ на достижение компрессором некоторого порогового рабочего состояния, направляют больше отработавших газов из первого выпускного коллектора, соединенного с первой группой выпускных клапанов, по перепускному каналу, чем по магистрали рециркуляции отработавших газов (РОГ), при этом перепускной канал установлен между первым выпускным коллектором и выпускным каналом ниже по потоку от турбины и каталитического нейтрализатора, при этом магистраль рециркуляции отработавших газов установлена между заборным каналом и первым выпускным коллектором.
14. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, когда направляют больше отработавших газов из первого выпускного коллектора по перепускному каналу, чем по магистрали РОГ, направляют отработавшие газы из второй группы выпускных клапанов, соединенной только со вторым выпускным коллектором, в турбину и каталитический нейтрализатор по выпускному каналу.
15. Способ по п. 12, в котором указанное пороговое рабочее состояние включает в себя то, что температура на входе компрессора ниже нижней пороговой температуры, и/или происходит образование конденсата в компрессоре, и/или температура на выходе компрессора выше верхней пороговой температуры, и/или число оборотов компрессора выше порогового.
16. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором направляют больше отработавших газов из первого выпускного коллектора по перепускному каналу, чем по магистрали РОГ, в ответ на превышение верхнего порогового уровня мощности двигателя.
17. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, если компрессор не достиг порогового рабочего состояния или не работает с его превышением, направляют больше отработавших газов из первого выпускного коллектора по магистрали РОГ, чем по перепускному каналу.
18. Система для двигателя, содержащая:
первый выпускной коллектор, соединенный с первой группой выпускных клапанов цилиндров и выпускным каналом, содержащим турбину;
второй выпускной коллектор, соединенный с другой, второй, группой выпускных клапанов цилиндров;
магистраль рециркуляции отработавших газов (РОГ), установленную между вторым выпускным коллектором и заборным каналом выше по потоку от компрессора, выполненного с возможностью приведения в действие турбиной;
перепускной канал, установленный между вторым выпускным коллектором и выпускным каналом ниже по потоку от турбины и каталитического нейтрализатора; и
контроллер с долговременными инструкциями, сохраненными в памяти, для: регулирования первого клапана, расположенного в магистрали рециркуляции отработавших газов, и второго клапана, расположенного в перепускном канале, для выборочного направления отработавших газов из второго выпускного коллектора по магистрали рециркуляции отработавших газов и перепускному каналу в зависимости от одного или нескольких состояний компрессора.
19. Система по п. 18, в которой регулирование первого клапана и второго клапана для выборочного направления отработавших газов из второго выпускного коллектора по магистрали РОГ и перепускному каналу включает в себя уменьшение величины прохода первого клапана и увеличение величины прохода второго клапана, если температура на входе компрессора ниже нижней пороговой температуры, и/или происходит образование конденсата в компрессоре, и/или температура на выходе компрессора выше верхней пороговой температуры, и/или число оборотов компрессора выше порогового.
20. Система по п. 18, в которой указанный каталитический нейтрализатор представляет собой первый каталитический нейтрализатор, причем система дополнительно содержит второй каталитический нейтрализатор, расположенный в выпускном канале ниже по потоку от первого каталитического нейтрализатора и места соединения перепускного канала с выпускным каналом.
