Claims (44)
1. Композиция для многофазного высвобождения факторов роста на участке применения содержащая:
- средство доставки, содержащее по меньшей мере один первый фактор роста и
- носитель, содержащий по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста;
где:
- средство доставки представляет собой жидкий или гелеобразный полимер, который представлен в жидкой форме для нанесения на носитель и выполнен для высвобождения примерно 80% по меньшей мере одного первого фактора роста в первоначальном профиле в течение первого период времени, составляющего 72 часа, и
- носитель состоит из множества частиц, которые выполнены для высвобождения по меньшей мере одного второго фактора роста в профиле замедленного высвобождения за второй период времени.
2. Композиция по п.1, где полимерный гель образован из полоксамера 407.
3. Композиция по п.1, где второй период времени составляет несколько дней или недель.
4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где по меньшей мере один первый фактор роста и по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста являются одинаковыми или разными и по меньшей мере один из первого и второго факторов роста выбирают из: факторов роста суперсемейства трансформирующих факторов роста бета; инсулиноподобных факторов роста (IGF); факторов роста фибробластов (FGF); фактора роста тромбоцитов (PDGF) и факторов роста эндотелия сосудов (VEGF).
5. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где по меньшей мере один первый фактор роста и по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста независимо представляют собой ВМР-2 или BMP-7.
6. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где средство доставки доставляет по меньшей мере 10% от общего количества факторов роста композиции и носитель доставляет по меньшей мере 50% от общего количества факторов роста композиции.
7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где множество частиц диспергировано в полимерной матрице.
8. Композиция по п.7, где полимерная матрица содержит полимолочную кислоту (PLA) или сополимер молочной и гликолевой кислот (PLGA).
9. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста носителя находится на поверхностях частиц или смешан в частицах.
10. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где по меньшей мере один первый фактор роста содержит по меньшей мере 10% от общего количества факторов роста композиции и по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста включает по меньшей мере 50% от общего количества факторов роста композиции.
11. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где средство доставки включает обращенно-фазовый полимер.
12. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где композиция, включающая средство доставки и носитель, находится в форме геля или порошка, когда носитель смешивают в средстве доставки.
13. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где соотношение носителя к средству доставки составляет от 1:1 до 1:2 (об./об).
14. Набор многофазного высвобождения факторов роста содержащий:
- компонент-средство доставки;
- по меньшей мере один первый фактор роста, связанный со средством доставки и выполненный с возможностью быть доставленным с помощью средства доставки;
- компонент-носитель и
- по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста, связанный с носителем и выполненный с возможностью быть доставленным носителем;
- где:
- средство доставки представляет собой жидкий или гелеобразный полимер, представленный в жидкой форме для нанесения на носитель и выполненный для высвобождения примерно 80% по меньшей мере одного первого фактора роста в первоначальном профиле высвобождения в течение первого периода времени, составляющего 72 часа, и
- носитель состоит из множество частиц и выполнен с возможностью высвобождения по меньшей мере одного второго фактора роста в профиле замедленного высвобождения в течение второго периода времени.
15. Набор по п.14, где полимерный гель образован из полоксамера 407.
16. Набор по п.14 или 15, где по меньшей мере один первый фактор роста и по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста являются одинаковыми или разными и по меньшей мере один из первого и второго факторов роста выбирают из: факторов роста суперсемейства трансформирующих факторов роста бета; инсулиноподобных факторов роста (IGF); факторов роста фибробластов (FGF); фактора роста тромбоцитов (PDGF) и факторов роста эндотелия сосудов (VEGF).

20. Набор по п.14 или 15, где по меньшей мере один первый фактор роста составляет по меньшей мере 10% от общего количества факторов роста, представленных в наборе и по меньшей мере один второй фактор роста составляет по меньшей мере 50% от общего количества факторов роста, представленных в наборе.
21. Набор по п.14 или 15, где редство доставки включает обращенно-фазовый полимер.
22. Набор по п.14 или 15, где средство доставки и носитель находятся в форме геля или порошка, когда носитель смешивают со средством доставки.
23. Набор по п.14 или 15, где соотношение носителя к средству доставки составляет от 1:1 до 1:2 (об./об).
24. Способ многофазного высвобождения факторов роста, включающий:
- доставку, по меньшей мере, одного первого фактора роста в первоначальном профиле высвобождения, в течение первого периода времени со средством доставки, где средство доставки выполнено для высвобождения примерно 80% по меньшей мере одного первого фактора роста в течение первого периода времени, составляющего 72 часа, и
- доставку, по меньшей мере, одного второго фактора роста в профиле замедленного высвобождения в течение второго периода времени с носителем, где носитель состоит из множества частиц, которые выполнены для высвобождения по меньшей мере одного второго фактора роста в профиле замедленного высвобождения в течение второго периода времени.
