Claims (1)

Способ дифференциальной диагностики возрастной и осложненной катаракты, включающий использование сухих антител к пероксиредоксину 6, физиологического раствора натрия хлорида или дистиллированной воды и флуоресцеина, отличающийся тем, что в качестве инструмента используют смоченную в растворе указанных выше веществ полоску из целлюлозы или синтетического полимера путем помещения на несколько секунд за область нижнего века пациента между наружной и средней третью; если при содержании белка слезы в концентрации, равной или более 7,93, проявляется интенсивное окрашивание полоски диагностируют возрастной катаракте, дополнительной предоперационной подготовки не требуется; если содержание белка слезы менее 7,93, что соответствует слабому окрашиванию полоски, катаракту относят к осложненной, необходимы дополнительные исследования уровня антиоксидантной и иммунной защиты и выполнения дополнительного курса предоперационной подготовки.A method for differential diagnosis of age-related and complicated cataracts, including the use of dry antibodies to peroxyredoxin 6, a physiological solution of sodium chloride or distilled water and fluorescein, characterized in that a strip of cellulose or a synthetic polymer moistened in a solution of the above substances is used as a tool by placing it on several seconds per region of the patient's lower eyelid between the outer and middle third; if, with a tear protein content in a concentration equal to or more than 7.93, intense staining of the strip is manifested, age-related cataract is diagnosed, additional preoperative preparation is not required; if the protein content of the tear is less than 7.93, which corresponds to a weak staining of the strip, cataracts are classified as complicated, additional studies of the level of antioxidant and immune defense and the implementation of an additional course of preoperative preparation are necessary.
