Claims (17)

1. Мультифокальная интраокулярная линза с увеличенной глубиной резкости, отличающаяся тем, что содержит небольшую зону с мультифокальным профилем с определенной оптической осью (3), расположенную по меньшей мере в одной из поверхностей (2), а также непрозрачный маскирующий элемент (1) кольцеобразной формы, расположенный в периферийной области соосно мультифокальной зоне, который полностью или частично препятствует прохождению света с созданием эффекта небольшой апертуры, и, следовательно, мультифокальный профиль имеет радиус, который равен внутреннему радиусу маскирующего элемента (1) или больше него, и при этом предусмотрены по меньшей мере один переход между фокальными зонами или одна ступень дифракционной области в пределах внутреннего радиуса маскирующего элемента (1), при этом оптическая ось (3) смещена относительно геометрического центра (4) линзы.
2. Линза по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что маскирующий элемент (1) расположен в поверхности (2) с мультифокальным профилем.
3. Линза по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что маскирующий элемент (1) расположен в оптической основной части (5) линзы.
4. Линза по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что маскирующий элемент (1) образован компонентом, который присоединен к оптической основной части.
5. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что маскирующий элемент (1) занимает всю толщину оптической основной части (5).
6. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что маскирующий элемент (1) имеет коэффициент пропускания менее 10% для длины волны 550 нм.
7. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что маскирующий элемент (1) пропускает инфракрасное излучение.
8. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний радиус маскирующего элемента (1) находится в диапазоне от 0,6 до 1,2 мм и внешний радиус находится в диапазоне от 1,5 до 3 мм, причем мультифокальный профиль имеет радиус менее 1,5 мм.
9. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что маскирующий элемент (1) имеет метку (7) для его ориентации.
10. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что линза имеет поверхность (2) с мультифокальным профилем и противоположную сферическую или асферическую поверхность с тороидальностью.
11. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность (2) является рефракционной.
12. Линза по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что ее мультифокальный профиль имеет две концентрические фокальные зоны; причем первая проходит от центра до радиуса перехода и вторая имеет внешний радиус, который равен внутреннему радиусу маскирующего элемента (1) или больше него.
13. Линза по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что оптическая ось (3) смещена на 0,2 мм от геометрического центра.
14. Линза по любому из пп. 12-13, отличающаяся тем, что имеет распределение света между фокальными зонами в диапазоне от 30/70 до 70/30.
15. Линза по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающаяся тем, что мультифокальный профиль содержит два круговых сектора с разной кривизной.
16. Линза по п. 15, отличающаяся тем, что оптическая ось (3) смещена на 0,2 мм от геометрического центра.
17. Линза по любому из пп. 15-16, отличающаяся тем, что имеет распределение света между круговыми секторами в диапазоне от 30/70 до 70/30.
