Claims (10)
1. Сталь для высокопрочного болта, содержащая: от 0,50 мас.% до 0,65 мас.% углерода, от 1,5 мас.% до 2,5 мас.% кремния, 1,0 мас.% или более хрома, 0,4 мас.% или менее марганца, более 1,5 мас.% молибдена, 0,03 мас.% или менее в совокупности фосфора и серы, и остальное количество из железа и неизбежных примесей.
2. Высокопрочный болт, который сформирован с использованием стали для высокопрочного болта по п.1, при этом болт имеет предел прочности при растяжении 1500 МПа или более.
3. Высокопрочный болт по п.2, имеющий железофосфатное покрытие и/или хромовое плакирующее покрытие на поверхности.
4. Сталь для высокопрочного болта по п.1, содержащая 1,6 мас.% или менее хрома.
5. Сталь для высокопрочного болта по п.1, содержащая 1,4 мас.% или менее хрома.
6. Сталь для высокопрочного болта по п.1, содержащая более 0 мас.% марганца.
7. Сталь для высокопрочного болта по п.1, содержащая 0,2 мас.% или более марганца.
8. Сталь для высокопрочного болта по п.1, содержащая 2,2 мас.% или менее молибдена.
9. Сталь для высокопрочного болта по п.1, содержащая 1,65 мас.% или менее молибдена.
10. Сталь для высокопрочного болта по п.1, содержащая 0,02 мас.% или менее в совокупности фосфора и серы.
