Claims (26)

1. Адсорбент, содержащий алюмооксидную подложку и по меньшей мере один щелочной элемент, причем указанный адсорбент получен путем введения по меньшей мере одного щелочного элемента, натрия или другого, на алюмооксидную подложку, содержание натрия в которой, выраженное в эквиваленте Na2O, перед введением указанного щелочного элемента или элементов составляет от 1000 до 5000 в.ч./млн от полного веса подложки.
2. Адсорбент по п. 1, в котором щелочной элемент выбран из натрия и калия.
3. Адсорбент по п. 1 или 2, в котором содержание щелочного элемента составляет от 1 до 60 вес.% от полного веса адсорбента.
4. Адсорбент по одному из пп. 1-3, в котором содержание натрия, выраженное в эквиваленте Na2O, в алюмооксидной подложке перед введением указанного щелочного элемента или элементов составляет от 1500 до 3500 в.ч./млн от полного веса подложки.
5. Адсорбент по одному из пп. 1-4, в котором алюмооксидная подложка перед введением указанного щелочного элемента или элементов имеет полный объем пор от 0,3 до 1 см3/г и удельную поверхность от 50 до 450 м2/г.
6. Адсорбент по одному из пп. 1-5, состоящий из калия и алюмооксидной подложки, имеющей перед введением калия содержание натрия, выраженное в эквиваленте Na2O, от 1500 до 3500 в.ч./млн от полного веса подложки.
7. Способ получения адсорбента по одному из пп. 1-6, включающий следующие этапы:
a) приготовление водного раствора, содержащего по меньшей мере один щелочной предшественник,
b) пропитка алюмооксидной подложки, имеющей содержание натрия, выраженное в эквиваленте Na2O, от 1000 до 5000 в.ч./млн от полного веса подложки, водным раствором, полученным на этапе a),
c) выдерживание пропитанной подложки, полученной на этапе b), в закрытой камере, насыщенной водой,
d) сушка твердого адсорбента, полученного на этапе c).
8. Способ получения адсорбента по одному из пп. 1-6, включающий следующие этапы:
aʹ) смешение алюмооксидной подложки, имеющей содержание натрия, выраженное в эквиваленте Na2O, от 1000 до 5000 в.ч./млн от полного веса подложки, с порошком по меньшей мере одного щелочного предшественника,
bʹ) факультативно, дробление смеси, полученной на этапе aʹ), до гранулометрического размера в диапазоне от 2 до 100 мкм,
cʹ) формование смеси, полученной на этапе bʹ), в присутствии воды, чтобы получить материал,
dʹ) сушка формованного материала, полученного на этапе cʹ).
9. Способ получения адсорбента по одному из пп. 1-6, содержащий следующие этапы:
a") размешивание алюмооксидной подложки, имеющей содержание натрия, выраженное в эквиваленте Na2O, от 1000 до 5000 в.ч./млн от полного веса подложки, с раствором, содержащим по меньшей мере один щелочной предшественник, чтобы получить пасту,
b") формование пасты, полученной на этапе a"),
c") сушка формованной пасты, полученной на этапе b").
10. Способ по пп. 7-9, в котором после этапа сушки осуществляют этап обжига на сухом или влажном воздухе.
11. Способ удаления кислых молекул из углеводородного потока, содержащего по меньшей мере один вид кислых молекул, в котором углеводородный поток приводят в контакт на этапе адсорбции с адсорбентом по пп. 1-6 или полученным одним из способов по пп. 7-10.
12. Способ удаления по п. 11, в котором кислые молекулы представляют собой COS и/или CO2.
13. Способ удаления по п. 11 или 12, в котором этап адсорбции осуществляют при температуре от -50°C до 100°C, абсолютном давлении от 0,01 МПа до 5 МПа и объемной часовой скорости от 50 до 50000 ч-1.
14. Способ удаления по пп. 11-13, в котором этап регенерации адсорбента осуществляют, когда адсорбент будет по меньшей мере частично насыщен кислыми молекулами.
15. Способ удаления по п. 14, в котором этап регенерации осуществляют, приводя в контакт адсорбент, по меньшей мере частично насыщенный кислыми молекулами, с газом или жидкостью при температуре от 20°C до 500°C, абсолютном давлении от 0,01 МПа до 5 МПа и объемной часовой скорости от 50 до 50000 ч-1.
