Claims (12)

1. Способ получения органических молекул из сбраживаемой биомассы, включающий стадию анаэробного сбраживания (5), где указанное сбраживание приводит к образованию метаболитов сбраживания, называемых исходными веществами, таких как летучие жирные кислоты (6), указанные так называемые исходные метаболиты преобразуют до конечных органических молекул неферментативными способами, включающий по меньшей мере одну стадию, состоящую в осуществлении сбраживания органического субстрата (1), образованного сбраживаемой биомассой (3) в ферментаторе (4) до получения в качестве метаболитов сбраживания летучих жирных кислот (ЛЖК), имеющих углеродную цепь, состоящую из от 1 до 8 атомов углерода, отличающийся тем, что включает по меньшей мере следующие стадии:
- а) выделение (9), между началом получения и максимумом получения указанных летучих жирных кислот (6), по меньшей мере одной части летучих жирных кислот из сбраживаемой среды таким образом, чтобы не затронуть производство микроорганизмами (М) метаболитов сбраживания, и введение по меньшей мере одной части жидкой фазы (11), содержащей микроорганизмы (М) после выделения (9), в ферментатор (4),
- b) синтез (13) органических молекул из метаболитов сбраживания, полученных в ферментаторе (4), или из летучих жирных кислот, выделенных на стадии а),
- с) повторение стадий а) и b) до тех пор, пока не будут получены конечные молекулы в необходимом количественном и качественном отношении.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что перед стадией а) ферментатор (4) засевают смесью (М) микроорганизмов из определенных природных экосистем.
3. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что стадии от а) до с) осуществляют непрерывно.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что остатки (16, 20) способа подходят для применения в качестве улучшающей добавки, удобрений (18) или в качестве побочного продукта (19), такого как метан.
5. Установка для осуществления способа по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что включает по меньшей мере:
- один ферментатор (4),
- один экстрактор, подходящий для обеспечения выделения (9) летучих жирных кислот, содержащихся в жидкой фазе, полученной при сбраживании, и
- одно устройство для синтеза, такое как химический реактор или электролитическая ячейка, подходящее для обеспечения синтеза метаболитов сбраживания, полученных при сбраживании, в конечные органические молекулы.
6. Установка по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что включает по меньшей мере одно устройство для хранения субстрата (1).
