Claims (25)

1. Эластичный слоистый материал, содержащий:
первый термопластичный эластомерный слой пленки, обладающий необратимой деформацией менее 40% после 150% удлинения, при этом термопластичная эластомерная пленка содержит термопластичный эластомер на основе полиолефинов и стирольный блок-сополимер; и
первый слой пластика, прикрепленный к первой поверхности термопластичного эластомерного слоя пленки, при этом слой пластика обладает необратимой деформацией, превышающей необратимую деформацию эластомерного слоя пленки, и где слой пластика содержит один из полукристаллического и аморфного полимера.
2. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, где термопластичный эластомер на основе полиолефинов содержит гомополимер или сополимер б-олефина с 1—12 атомами углерода.
3. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, где стирольный блок-сополимер выбран из группы, состоящей из стирол-этилен-пропилен-стирола (SEPS), стирол-этилен-пропилен-стирол-этилен-пропилена (SEPSEP), стирол-этилен-бутилен-стирола (SEBS), стирол-этилен-бутилен-стирол-этилен-бутилена (SEBSEB), стирол-бутадиен-стирола (SBS), стирол-изопрен-стирола (SIS), стирол-изопрен-бутадиен-стирола (SIBS), стирол-этилен-этилен-пропилен-стирола (SEEPS), гидрогенизированного винил-полиизопрена/гидрогенизированного полиизопрена/полистирола и их комбинаций.
4. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий средство, повышающее прочность, где средство, повышающее прочность, представляет собой неорганическую глину.
5. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 4, где термопластичный эластомерный слой пленки содержит более 50% по весу термопластичного эластомера на основе полиолефинов, от приблизительно 15% по весу до приблизительно 40% по весу стирольного блок-сополимера и от приблизительно 2% по весу до приблизительно 10% по весу средства, повышающего прочность.
6. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, где термопластичный эластомерный слой пленки практически не содержит карбонат кальция.
7. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, где полукристаллический или аморфный полимер выбран из группы, состоящей из полиолефинов, coполимеров на основе полиолефинов, сложных полиэфиров и их комбинаций.
8. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, где слой пластика содержит от приблизительно 5% по весу до приблизительно 50% по весу полукристаллического или аморфного полимера.
9. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, где термопластичный эластомерный слой пленки является непроницаемым для воздуха.
10. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий второй слой пластика, прикрепленный ко второй поверхности термопластичного эластомерного слоя пленки.
11. Эластичный слоистый материал по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий второй термопластичный эластомерный слой пленки, где второй термопластичный эластомерный слой пленки прикреплен к первому слою пластика, противоположному первому термопластичному эластомерному слою пленки.
12. Способ получения эластичного слоистого материала, при этом способ включает:
совместную экструзию первого термопластичного эластомерного слоя пленки с первым слоем пластика с получением эластичного слоистого материала, при этом термопластичный слой пленки обладает необратимой деформацией менее 40% после 150% удлинения и содержит термопластичный эластомер на основе полиолефинов, стирольный блок-сополимер и средство, повышающее прочность, при этом слой пластика обладает необратимой деформацией, превышающей необратимую деформацию эластомерного слоя пленки, и где слой пластика содержит один из полукристаллического или аморфного полимера;
растяжение эластичного слоистого материала в одном или обоих из машинного направления или поперечного направления; и
расслабление растянутого эластичного слоистого материала.
13. Способ по п. 12, где термопластичный эластомер на основе полиолефинов содержит гомополимер или сополимер α-олефина с 1—12 атомами углерода.
14. Способ по п. 12, где стирольный блок-сополимер выбирают из группы, состоящей из стирол-этилен-пропилен-стирола (SEPS), стирол-этилен-пропилен-стирол-этилен-пропилена (SEPSEP), стирол-этилен-бутилен-стирола (SEBS), стирол-этилен-бутилен-стирол-этилен-бутилена (SEBSEB), стирол-бутадиен-стирола (SBS), стирол-изопрен-стирола (SIS), стирол-изопрен-бутадиен-стирола (SIBS), стирол-этилен-этилен-пропилен-стирола (SEEPS), гидрогенизированного винил-полиизопрена/гидрогенизированного полиизопрена/полистирола и их комбинаций.
15. Способ по п. 12, где средство, повышающее прочность, представляет собой неорганическую глину.
16. Способ по п. 12, где термопластичный эластомерный слой пленки содержит более 50% по весу термопластичного эластомера на основе полиолефинов, от приблизительно 15% по весу до приблизительно 40% по весу стирольного блок-сополимера и от приблизительно 2% по весу до приблизительно 10% по весу средства, повышающего прочность.
17. Способ по п. 12, где полукристаллический или аморфный полимер выбирают из группы, состоящей из полиолефинов, coполимеров на основе полиолефинов, сложных полиэфиров и их комбинаций.
18. Способ по п. 12, где эластомерный слоистый материал растягивают на от приблизительно 100% до приблизительно 600% в машинном направлении или поперечном направлении.
19. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно включающий совместную экструзию второго слоя пластика с первым термопластичным эластомерным слоем пленки, противоположным первому слою пластика, при этом второй слой пластика содержит один из полукристаллического или аморфного полимера.
20. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно включающий совместную экструзию второго термопластичного эластомерного слоя пленки с первым слоем пластика, противоположным первому термопластичному эластомерному слою пленки.
