Claims (27)

1. Способ изготовления катализатора на подложке, содержащего сплав, по меньшей мере, двух металлов, при этом данный способ включает следующие стадии:
(i) объединение материала подложки в виде частиц, раствора первого соединения платины, раствора соединения палладия и раствора щелочного осаждающего агента с образованием суспензионной смеси;
(ii) перемешивание полученной смеси; и
(iii) приведение твердой фазы в контакт с восстановителем.
2. Способ по п. 1, который представляет собой способ осаждения с выпадением осадка.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором на стадии (i) поддерживают температуру от 0°С до 100°С.
4. Способ по п.1, где стадия (ii) перемешивания полученной смеси включает стадии:
(ii) (а) перемешивания полученной смеси; а затем
(b) отделения твёрдой фазы от полученной смеси.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии (iii) поддерживают температуру от 0 до 100°С.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором восстановитель содержит гидразин.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия (iii) приведения твердой фазы в контакт с восстановителем включает стадии:
(iii) контактирования твёрдой фазы с восстановителем с получением твёрдого катализатора на подложке, а затем отделения и промывки твёрдого катализатора на подложке.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором стадия (iii) приведения твердой фазы в контакт с восстановителем включает стадии:
(iii)(a) контактирования твёрдой фазы с восстановителем с получением твёрдого катализатора на подложке, а затем необязательного отделения и промывки твёрдого катализатора на подложке; и
(b) высушивания и/или обжига и/или состаривания твёрдого катализатора на подложке с получением порошкоборазного катализатора.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором стадия (iii)(b) включает состаривание твёрдого катализатора на подложке при температуре от 500 до 900°С в течение по меньшей мере 1 часа с получением порошкообразного катализатора.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором подложка в виде частиц содержит оксид алюминия.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором подложка в виде частиц представляет собой порошок со средним размером частиц от 1 мкм до 1 мм.
12. Способ изготовления катализируемого субстрата, при этом, данный способ включает следующие стадии:
(i) получение первого катализатора на подложке, содержащего сплав по меньшей мере двух металлов, с использованием способа по любому из пп.1-11;
(ii) отделение и промывка первого катализатора на подложке;
(iii) приготовление покрытия из пористого оксида путем создания суспензии первого катализатора на подложке; и
(iv) приведение покрытия из пористого оксида в контакт с субстратом.
13. Способ по п. 12, который не включает стадию сушки или обжига между стадиями (ii) и (iii).
14. Способ по п. 12 или 13, в котором стадия (iii) включает изготовление покрытия из пористого оксида путем создания суспензии первого катализатора на подложке и одного или нескольких вторых катализаторов на подложке, отличных от первого катализатора на подложке.
15. Способ по п.12, в котором субстрат содержит ячеистый монолитный субстрат, имеющий конфигурацию проточного монолитного субстрата или фильтра с проточными стенками.
