Claims (29)

1. Световое устройство (100), содержащее:
корпус светового устройства, сформованный из оптически пропускающего материала;
источник (210) света, расположенный внутри упомянутого корпуса светового устройства;
электронику (206) возбуждения, выполненную с возможностью возбуждения упомянутого источника (210) света, расположенную внутри упомянутого корпуса светового устройства;
при этом упомянутый корпус светового устройства содержит:
первую часть (212) корпуса и вторую часть (214) корпуса, соединенные одна с другой гибким соединительным участком (202), причем упомянутая первая часть (212) корпуса выполнена с возможностью складывания относительно упомянутого гибкого соединительного участка (202), так чтобы заключать упомянутый источник (210) света и упомянутую электронику (206) возбуждения внутри упомянутого корпуса светового устройства; и
средство (106, 300) для крепления упомянутой первой части (212) корпуса к упомянутой второй части (214) корпуса, чтобы удерживать упомянутый корпус светового устройства в сложенном положении;
при этом упомянутый корпус светового устройства сформован в виде одного элемента.
2. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутый оптически пропускающий материал является термоформующимся пластиком.
3. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1 или 2, в котором упомянутый оптически пропускающий материал является прозрачным.
4. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее теплоотвод (302), расположенный внутри корпуса светового устройства и выполненный с возможностью проведения тепла от упомянутого источника (210) света и/или электроники (206) возбуждения к упомянутому корпусу светового устройства.
5. Световое устройство (100) по п. 4, в котором упомянутый теплоотвод (302) содержит теплопроводящую фольгу и/или предварительно сформованный теплопроводящий элемент.
6. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутое средство (106, 300) крепления содержит ультразвуковой сварной шов, термический сварной шов, защелкивающийся узел и/или деформационное крепление.
7. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутый корпус светового устройства содержит диффузные элементы (400), выполненные с возможностью рассеяния света, проходящего через упомянутый корпус светового устройства.
8. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутый корпус светового устройства содержит материал (400), преобразующий длину волны света.
9. Световое устройство (100) по п. 7 или 8, в котором упомянутые диффузные элементы (400) и/или материал (400), преобразующий длину волны света, содержится в рисунке, напечатанном на упомянутом прозрачном пластичном материале, на пленке, приламинированной к упомянутому прозрачному пластичному материалу, и/или в материале, экструдированном вместе с упомянутым прозрачным пластичным материалом.
10. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутый корпус светового устройства дополнительно содержит удаляемый подвесной участок (402).
11. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутый корпус светового устройства дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одну вспомогательную сборочную часть (204), выполненную с возможностью удержания упомянутого источника (210) света и/или упомянутой управляющей электроники (206).

Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутый корпус светового устройства содержит множество корпусных участков (702, 706, 708, 710), причем каждый из упомянутого множества корпусных участков (702, 706, 708, 710) подсоединен к смежному корпусному участку посредством гибкого соединительного участка (704).
13. Световое устройство (100) по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее цокольную часть (108, 716), прикрепленную с внешней стороны упомянутого корпуса светового устройства, электрически подсоединенную к упомянутой управляющей электронике (206, 602, 714) и выполненную с возможностью соединения светового устройства (100, 700) с источником питания.
14. Способ изготовления светового устройства (100), причем упомянутый способ содержит этапы:
обеспечения (этап S1) листа оптически пропускающего пластичного материала;
формования (этап S2) корпуса светового устройства из упомянутого листа оптически пропускающего пластичного материала таким образом, что упомянутый корпус светового устройства при этом содержит первую часть (212), соединенную со второй частью (214) гибким соединительным участком (202);
складывания (этап S3) первой части (212) или второй части (214) относительно упомянутого гибкого соединительного участка (202), для того чтобы заключить источник (210) света и электронику (206) возбуждения внутри замкнутой области упомянутого корпуса светового устройства;
крепления (этап S4) упомянутой первой части (212) к упомянутой второй части (214) таким образом, чтобы упомянутый корпус светового устройства при этом сохранял свое сложенное положение.
15. Способ изготовления светового устройства по п. 14, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один из этапов:
предварительного нанесения печати на упомянутый оптически пропускающий пластичный материал;
ламинирования упомянутого оптически пропускающего пластичного материала; и
совместного экструдирования упомянутого оптически пропускающего пластичного материала.
