Claims (14)
1. Способ выделения выбранного изомера ксилола, включающий стадии:
разделение сырьевого потока, содержащего множество ароматических углеводородов, на первый поток, содержащий толуол и изомеры ксилола, и второй поток, содержащий изомеры ксилола;
разделение, в первой зоне устройства многозонного разделения, первого потока на третий поток, содержащий толуол, и четвертый поток, содержащий изомеры ксилола;
объединение второго потока и третьего потока в адсорбционной установке разделения, содержащей адсорбент, выполненный с возможностью адсорбции выбранного изомера ксилола из второго потока, при этом третий поток десорбирует выбранный изомер ксилола из адсорбента с получением пятого потока, содержащего выбранный изомер ксилола и толуол, и шестого потока, содержащего невыбранные изомеры ксилола и толуол; и
разделение, во второй зоне устройства многозонного разделения, шестого потока на седьмой поток, содержащий невыбранные изомеры ксилола, и третий поток, содержащий толуол.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором разделение сырьевого потока включает разделение потока риформированной нафты.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором разделение сырьевого потока на первый поток и второй поток включает осуществление первого процесса разделения в разделяющей дистилляционной колонне с образованием дистиллятного продукта и кубового продукта из сырьевого потока, и осуществление второго процесса разделения в отгоночной дистилляционной колонне, содержащей стабилизационную колонну, встроенную в отгоночную дистилляционную колонну, причем осуществление второго процесса разделения включает получение стабилизированного продукта из стабилизационной колонны, и продукта бокового погона из отгоночной дистилляционной колонны, причем стабилизированный продукт и дистиллятный продукт объединяют с образованием первого потока и продукта бокового погона из второго потока.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором разделение сырьевого потока дополнительно включает образование восьмого потока, содержащего С9+ углеводороды.
5. Способ по п. 4, дополнительно включающий трансалкилирование восьмого потока с образованием потока, содержащего дополнительные изомеры ксилола.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором трансалкилирование восьмого потока включает объединение восьмого потока с частью третьего потока в реакторе трансалкилирования.
7. Способ по п. 6, дополнительно включающий объединение потока, содержащего дополнительное количество изомеров, со вторым потоком.
8. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий изомеризацию седьмого потока, содержащего невыбранные изомеры ксилола, с образованием девятого потока, содержащего выбранный изомер ксилола, а также невыбранные изомеры ксилола.
9. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно включающий объединение девятого потока со вторым потоком.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором адсорбция выбранного изомера ксилола включает адсорбцию параксилола.
