Claims (19)
1. Волоконный фетровый лист для производства теплоизоляционного композита, содержащий:
- полужесткий фетровый лист, содержащий волокна минеральной шерсти, связанные связующим,
- облицовочный лист, приклеенный к одной наружной главной поверхности волоконного фетрового листа связующим или клеем,
в котором
- плотность полужесткого фетрового листа превышает 20 кг/м3, в частности выбрана в диапазоне от 22 до 35 кг/м3,
- толщина волоконного фетрового листа составляет по меньшей мере 15 мм, особенно 20 мм,
- волокна минеральной шерсти расположены по существу ламинарно, и большинство волокон ориентированы параллельно главной стороне,
- фетровый лист изготовлен в рулонной форме так, что облицовочный лист находится внутри рулона и упакован в установке для упаковки рулонов.
2. Фетровый лист по п. 1, в котором фетр выполнен с возможностью его сматывания с облицовочным листом внутри рулона.
3. Фетровый лист по одному из пп. 1 или 2, в котором фетр сжат внутри рулона до толщины 1:2 до 1:6 к начальной толщине.
4. Фетровый лист по одному из пп. 2 или 3, в котором изменения получены надрезанием волокнистого фетра сквозь по меньшей мере половину его толщины.
5. Фетровый лист по п. 4, в котором глубина надрезов меняется или надрезы не непрерывны по ширине фетрового листа.
6. Фетровый лист по п. 4 или 5, в котором толщина фетрового листа превышает 25 мм и глубина надрезов составляет меньше, чем 1:2 к толщине фетрового листа.
7. Фетровый лист по любому из пп. 2-6, в котором изменения получены локальной механической модификацией волокнистой структуры, в частности, пробивкой для локального умягчения фетра.
8. Фетровый лист по любому из пп.1-7, в котором изменения равномерно разнесены в продольном направлении на расстояние от 1 до 20 см, особенно от 1 до 5 см, предпочтительно от 1 до 2 см.
9. Фетровый лист по любому из пп.1-8, в котором фетр имеет длину по меньшей мере 5 м, особенно от 10 до 40 м перед сматыванием в рулон.
10. Фетровый лис по любому из пп.1-9, котором лицевой лист содержит волокна, особенно выбранные из группы, содержащей стекловолоконные маты и ткань.
11. Фетровый лист по любому из пп.1-10, в котором минеральные волокна является волокнами минеральной шерсти или стекловаты.
12. Применение фетрового листа по любому из пп.1-11 для изготовления композита, содержащего не аэрогель, в котором пустоты между волокнами заполнены путем пропитка композицией, соединяющей порошковый материал со связующим, и/или вспенивающей композицией на основе органических и/или неорганических материалов.
