Claims (17)
1. Светоизлучающая структура (100), выполненная с возможностью генерировать выходной свет, содержащая:
по меньшей мере один светоизлучающий элемент (102) синего свечения, выполненный с возможностью испускать свет, имеющий пик испускания в первом диапазоне длин волн от 440 до 460 нм;
по меньшей мере один светоизлучающий элемент (101) темно-синего свечения, выполненный с возможностью испускать свет, имеющий пик испускания во втором диапазоне длин волн от 400 до 440 нм;
по меньшей мере один материал (104) для узкополосного преобразования длины волны, выполненный с возможностью принимать свет, испускаемый упомянутым светоизлучающим элементом темно-синего свечения, причем материал для узкополосного преобразования длины волны выполнен с возможностью испускать свет с полной шириной на полувысоте максимума (ПШПВ) меньше чем 50 нм; и
по меньшей мере один материал (105) для широкополосного преобразования длины волны, выполненный с возможностью принимать свет, испускаемый по меньшей мере одним из упомянутого светоизлучающего элемента синего свечения и упомянутого светоизлучающего элемента темно-синего свечения, причем материал для широкополосного преобразования длины волны выполнен с возможностью испускать свет с полной шириной на полувысоте максимума (ПШПВ) 50 нм или больше.
2. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 1, причем упомянутый по меньшей мере один материал для узкополосного преобразования длины волны является узкополосным люминофором красного свечения, выполненным с возможностью испускать свет, имеющий пик испускания в красном диапазоне длин волн.
3. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 1, причем упомянутый по меньшей мере один материал для узкополосного преобразования длины волны является узкополосным люминофором зеленого свечения, выполненным с возможностью испускать свет, имеющий пик испускания в зеленом диапазоне длин волн.
4. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 2, причем упомянутый по меньшей мере один материал для широкополосного преобразования длины волны является широкополосным люминофором зеленого или желтого свечения, выполненным с возможностью испускать свет, имеющий пик испускания в зеленом или желтом диапазоне длин волн.
5. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 3, причем упомянутый по меньшей мере один материал для широкополосного преобразования длины волны является широкополосным люминофором красного свечения, выполненным с возможностью испускать свет, имеющий пик испускания в красном диапазоне длин волн.
6. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 2, причем узкополосный люминофор красного свечения содержит элементы Mg, O, Ge и, необязательно, Mn в качестве легирующей добавки.
7. Светоизлучающая по п. 3, причем узкополосный люминофор зеленого свечения содержит элементы Si, Al, O и N.
8. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 1, причем по меньшей мере часть света, испускаемого упомянутым по меньшей мере одним светоизлучающим элементом темно-синего свечения, формирует часть полного выходного света.
9. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 1, причем по меньшей мере часть упомянутого по меньшей мере одного материала для узкополосного преобразования длины волны предусмотрена на упомянутом по меньшей мере одном светоизлучающем элементе темно-синего свечения.
10. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 1, причем по меньшей мере часть материала для широкополосного преобразования длины волны предусмотрена на упомянутом по меньшей мере одном светоизлучающем элементе синего свечения и/или на упомянутом по меньшей мере одном светоизлучающем элементе темно-синего свечения.
11. Светоизлучающая структура по п. 1, причем по меньшей мере один из материала для узкополосного преобразования длины волны и материала для широкополосного преобразования длины волны расположен на расстоянии от упомянутого по меньшей мере одного светоизлучающего элемента темно-синего свечения.
12. Осветительный прибор (120), содержащий множество светоизлучающих структур по п. 1, причем упомянутое множество светоизлучающих структур расположено последовательно вдоль направления длины осветительного прибора, и причем каждая из них содержит светоизлучающий элемент темно-синего свечения, светоизлучающий элемент синего свечения, материал для узкополосного преобразования длины волны и материал для широкополосного преобразования длины волны.
13. Прожектор, содержащий по меньшей мере одну светоизлучающую структуру по п. 1.
