Claims (15)

1. Способ получения компонента с заданным уровнем блеска, включающий этапы:
- подготовка компонента с металлической поверхностью,
- получение матово-глянцевой смеси путем смешения глянцевого лака и матового лака в заранее определенном соотношении,
- нанесение матово-глянцевой смеси на металлическую поверхность компонента,
- сшивка матово-глянцевой смеси.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что глянцевый лак и/или матовый лак являются УФ-отверждаемыми лаками, и что сшивка матово-глянцевой смеси достигается УФ-облучением.
3. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что для получения компонента пластмассовую основу покрывают слоистой системой с по меньшей мере одним металлическим слоем.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что покрытие нанесено способом PVD, и/или CVD, и/или гальванически.
5. Способ по одному из пп.3 и 4, отличающийся тем, что между слоистой системой и пластмассовой основой нанесен слой лака, предпочтительно слой УФ-отверждаемого лака.
6. Способ по одному из пп.3-5, отличающийся тем, что слоистая система содержит по меньшей мере два металлических слоя.
7. Способ по одному из пп.3-6, отличающийся тем, что слоистая система содержит по меньшей мере два или больше металлических элемента в виде элементарного металла, сплава и/или соединения.
8. Компонент с заданным уровнем блеска, у которого на металлическую поверхность нанесен слой из сшитой смеси глянцевого лака и матового лака.
9. Компонент по п.8, отличающийся тем, что компонент содержит пластмассовую основу со слоистой системой, содержащей по меньшей мере один металлический слой.
10. Компонент по п.9, отличающийся тем, что между слоистой системой и пластмассовой основой предусмотрен слой лака.
11. Компонент по одному из пп.8-10, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один из лаков, а предпочтительно все лаки являются УФ-отверждаемыми лаками.
