Claims (1)

Способ получения оксида скандия из концентрата скандия, включающий растворение концентрата скандия в серной кислоте с получением продуктивного раствора, выделение из продуктивного раствора циркония, экстракцию из продуктивного раствора скандия на экстрагенте состоящем из смеси Ди2ЭГФК и ТБФ, промывку насыщенного экстрагента раствором, серной кислоты (H2SO4) и перекиси водорода (Н2О2), реэкстракцию скандия щелочным агентом с получением осадка скандия и маточника реэкстракции, где маточник реэкстракции донасыщают по щелочному агенту и повторно направляют на реэкстракцию, а осадок скандия перерастворяют в кислоте с осаждением оксалата скандия, который прокаливают до оксида скандия, отличающийся тем, что выделение из продуктивного раствора ионов циркония проводят с использованием анионита содержащего первичные аминогруппы, экстракцию из продуктивного раствора ионов скандия ведут на экстрагенте с соотношением Ди2ЭГФК:ТБФ=1:1÷3, в качестве щелочного агента используют смесь гидроксида натрия (NaOH) и карбоната натрия (Na2CO3) с соотношением NaOH:Na2CO3=1:11÷5.A method of producing scandium oxide from scandium concentrate, comprising dissolving scandium concentrate in sulfuric acid to obtain a productive solution, isolating zirconium from a productive solution, extracting it from a productive scandium solution using an extractant consisting of a mixture of Di2EHPA and TBP, washing the saturated extractant with a solution of sulfuric acid (H 2 SO 4 ) and hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ), re-extraction of scandium with an alkaline agent to obtain a precipitate of scandium and mother liquor, where the mother liquor is oversaturated with an alkaline agent and re-directed to re-extraction, and the scandium precipitate is redissolved in acid to precipitate scandium oxalate, which is calcined to scandium oxide, characterized in that the zirconium ions are separated from the product solution using primary anion exchangers, extraction from the product solution of scandium ions is carried out on an extractant with the ratio of Di2EHPA: TBP = 1: 1 ÷ 3, a mixture of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium carbonate (Na 2 CO 3 ) with a ratio of NaOH: Na 2 CO 3 = 1: 11 ÷ 5 is used as an alkaline agent.
