Abstract
1. Компенсатор, прикрепляемый к упорному элементу сшивающего аппарата, в котором упорный элемент содержит формирующую поверхность, при этом компенсатор содержит:первый слой, содержащий первые волокна и вторые волокна, причем первые волокна состоят из первого материала, а вторые волокна состоят из второго материала, при этом первый материал отличается от второго материала, и при этом первые волокна и вторые волокна находятся в первом слое в первом соотношении;второй слой, содержащий первые волокна и вторые волокна, причем первые волокна и вторые волокна находятся во втором слое во втором соотношении, и при этом первое соотношение отличается от второго соотношения; исоединительную часть, выполненную с возможностью прикрепления к упорному элементу.2. Компенсатор по п. 1, в котором первый материал содержит окисленную регенерированную целлюлозу, и второй материал содержит абсорбируемый полимер.3. Claims (19)
1. Компенсатор, прикрепляемый к упорному элементу сшивающего аппарата, в котором упорный элемент содержит формирующую поверхность, при этом компенсатор содержит:
первый слой, содержащий первые волокна и вторые волокна, причем первые волокна состоят из первого материала, а вторые волокна состоят из второго материала, при этом первый материал отличается от второго материала, и при этом первые волокна и вторые волокна находятся в первом слое в первом соотношении;
второй слой, содержащий первые волокна и вторые волокна, причем первые волокна и вторые волокна находятся во втором слое во втором соотношении, и при этом первое соотношение отличается от второго соотношения; и
соединительную часть, выполненную с возможностью прикрепления к упорному элементу.
2. Компенсатор по п. 1, в котором первый материал содержит окисленную регенерированную целлюлозу, и второй материал содержит абсорбируемый полимер.
3. Компенсатор по п. 1 или 2, в котором первое отношение первых волокон ко вторым волокнам составляет приблизительно 4:1, и в котором второе отношение первых волокон ко вторым волокнам составляет приблизительно 1:4.
4. Компенсатор по п. 1 или 2, в котором первый слой содержит поверхность для соприкосновения с тканью, и в котором второй материал представляет собой окисленную регенерированную целлюлозу.
5. Компенсатор по п. 1, в котором вторые волокна вплетены в первые волокна в первом слое, и в котором первые волокна вплетены во вторые волокна во втором слое.
6. Компенсатор по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий лекарственное средство, абсорбированное первыми волокнами.
7. Компенсатор, прикрепляемый к упорному элементу сшивающего аппарата, в котором упорный элемент содержит формирующую поверхность, при этом компенсатор содержит:
абсорбируемый внешний слой, содержащий первое лекарственное средство, приспособленное для поглощения главным образом во время первой стадии процесса заживления;
абсорбируемый промежуточный слой, содержащий второе лекарственное средство, приспособленное для поглощения главным образом во время второй стадии процесса заживления; и
внутренний слой, содержащий третье лекарственное средство, приспособленное для поглощения главным образом во время третьей стадии процесса заживления.
8. Компенсатор по п. 7, в котором первое лекарственное средство представляет собой гемостатический материал, второе лекарственное средство представляет собой противовоспалительный материал, и третье лекарственное средство представляет собой коллагеновый материал.
9. Компенсатор по п. 7 или 8, в котором первое лекарственное средство представляет собой гемостатический материал, второе лекарственное средство представляет собой антимикробный материал, и третье лекарственное средство представляет собой коллагеновый материал.
10. Компенсатор по п. 7, в котором по меньшей мере один промежуточный слой представляет собой кольцевой слой, окружающий внутренний слой, и в котором внешний слой представляет собой кольцевой слой, окружающий по меньшей мере один промежуточный слой.
11. Компенсатор по п. 7, в котором первая стадия заживления по меньшей мере частично совпадает со второй стадией заживления, и в котором вторая стадия заживления по меньшей мере частично совпадает с третьей стадией заживления.
12. Компенсатор по п. 11, в котором первая стадия заживления по меньшей мере частично совпадает с третьей стадией заживления.
13. Способ изготовления компенсатора толщины ткани, содержащий:
получение волокон, содержащих субстрат и лекарственное средство;
приготовление раствора из первой жидкости и второй жидкости;
смешивание волокон в растворе;
налив раствора в форму для литья; и
лиофилизацию раствора.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором волокна получают путем покрытия субстрата лекарственным средством.
15. Способ по п. 13, в котором волокна получают путем одновременного экструдирования субстрата и лекарственного средства.
16. Способ по п. 13, в котором волокна получают путем пропитывания субстрата лекарственным средством.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 13-16, в котором раствор лиофилизируется путем помещения в форму для литья в вакуумной камере, уменьшением атмосферного давления в вакуумной камере и снижением температуры в вакуумной камере.
18. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно позволяющий волокнам осаждаться на дне формы для литья перед лиофилизацией раствора.
19. Способ по п. 13, в котором в ходе лиофилизации раствора получают лист материала, и при этом способ далее содержит этап рассечения листа материала.
