Экспресс-способ выбора параметров шлифования обрабатываемого материала микрорезанием единичным зерном в металлической связке, включающий закрепление обрабатываемой детали на координатном столе, установленном с возможностью продольного, поперечного и вертикального перемещения под объективом оптического устройства, содержащего осветители, систему линз, призм, зеркал и экран, обработку материала шлифовальным инструментом на шпинделе в шлифовальной головке, проектирование оптической системой увеличенного изображения зоны резания в заданном масштабе на экран с закрепленным на нем чертежом, отличающийся тем, что обработку материала производят с неподвижной шлифовальной головкой и продольной подачей координатного стола шлифовальным инструментом, состоящим из единичного зерна в металлической связке, размещенных в державке-инденторе, установленной на цилиндрической поверхности круга, причем обработку осуществляют в стробоскопическом эффекте при совпадении частотных характеристик синхронных вспышек стробоскопа и вращающегося шпинделя, на экран проектируют конусную форму режущей части единичного зерна и совмещают ее с изображенным на чертеже в том же масштабе внешним контуром зерна до начала контактирования с деталью, на чертеже показывают величину линейного износа выступающего над связкой зерна, задаваемую расстоянием от его вершины до линии, параллельной основанию конуса и выходящей за внешний контур, по наибольшему времени достижения зерном величины заданного износа при различных режимах микрорезания выбирают параметры шлифования.An express method for selecting the grinding parameters of the processed material by micro-cutting with a single grain in a metal bundle, including fixing the workpiece on a coordinate table installed with the possibility of longitudinal, transverse and vertical movement under the lens of an optical device containing illuminators, a system of lenses, prisms, mirrors and a screen, processing material with a grinding tool on a spindle in a grinding head, designing an optical system of an enlarged image of the cutting zone in a predetermined scale on the screen with a drawing fixed on it, characterized in that the material is produced with a stationary grinding head and a longitudinal feed of the coordinate table with a grinding tool consisting of a single grain in a metal bundle placed in an indent holder mounted on a cylindrical surface of the circle, the processing is carried out in a stroboscopic effect when the frequency characteristics of synchronous strobe flashes and a rotating spindle coincide, a cone is designed on the screen the shape of the cutting part of a single grain and combine it with the external contour of the grain shown in the drawing on the same scale before starting contact with the part, the drawing shows the linear wear of the grain protruding above the bundle, given by the distance from its top to the line parallel to the base of the cone and exiting for the outer contour, for the longest time when the grain reaches the value of the specified wear under various modes of micro cutting, grinding parameters are selected.
