Система мониторинга параметров жизнедеятельности в географически локализованной зоне с функцией санкционированного доступа третьих лиц к результатам мониторинга, содержащая средства регистрации параметров в виде датчиков, мобильных устройств или персональных компьютеров, оснащенных функциями измерения отдельных параметров окружающей среды или параметров жизнедеятельности и отправку результатов разовых или текущих измерений на сервер, представленный реальной или виртуальной компьютеризированной машиной или кластером компьютеризированных машин, и выполненный с возможностью реализации функций ожидания входящих соединений от средств регистрации параметров, приема и сохранения этих результатов в базе данных для обеспечения доступа третьих лиц к результатам измерений по их запросам, отличающаяся тем, что она снабжена блоком диспетчеризации сообщений, представленным приложением или внешней службой для приема и хранения от третьих лиц запросов на подписку на данные измерений, приема данных в объеме запроса и передачи данных из базы данных сервера третьим лицам по протоколу WebSocket или с помощью техники «LongPolling», при этом сервер выполнен с возможностью реализации дополнительной функции по агрегации результатов измерений и передачи в блок диспетчеризации сообщений в виде агрегированных результатов измерений для их последующей трансляции в объеме запросов в веб-приложения, работающие в веб-браузере третьих лиц для просмотра результатов измерений в реальном времени.
