Abstract
1. Способ ремонта валов, при котором поверхность детали подвергающейся наплавке, обрабатывают механическим способом на глубину, обеспечивающую осуществление допустимой толщины наплавленного слоя, контролируют поверхность детали под наплавку на отсутствие на ней поверхностных дефектов, выполняют наплавку и контролируют качество ее выполнения, отличающийся тем, что выявляют неразрушающим методом макроструктуру поперечного сечения детали в сечениях участков перехода от металла наплавки к основному металлу детали, по которой определяют наличие в металле участков скоплений неметаллических включений и в случае их наличия назначают участки начала и окончания наплавочного процесса на максимально удаленном расстоянии от мест выхода на поверхность детали скоплений включений, а при эксплуатации детали контролируют появление в сечениях перехода от металла наплавки к основному металлу недопустимых дефектов.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что перед выполнением наплавки нагревают поверхность вала на участках перехода от металла наплавки к основному металлу детали на расстояние и глубину в пределах (0,5-1,0)c, (где c - величина зоны термического влияния), до температур, обеспечивающих снятие остаточных сварочных напряжений в данных сечениях, а после наплавки осуществляют замедленное охлаждение поверхности детали на этих участках.1.
