Abstract
Способ определения спектральных потоков солнечной радиации с учетом эффектов поглощения и рассеяния радиации аэрозолями и облаками на уровне земной поверхности, заключающийся в том, что по данным о координатах точки оценки, дате и времени оценки вычисляются внеатмосферные спектральные потоки солнечной радиации, сечения поглощения озона, коэффициенты ослабления солнечной радиации в результате рассеянья газами, оптическая масса атмосферы, отличающийся тем, что по данным о величине приземного давления, влажности воздуха, общем содержании озона на уровне земной поверхности, общем балле облачности, среднем размере облачных и аэрозольных частиц определяются коэффициенты мутности и коэффициенты ослабления солнечной радиации атмосферным аэрозолем и облаками и по формулеопределяются спектральные потоки солнечной радиации с учетом эффектов поглощения и рассеяния радиации аэрозолями и облаками.A method for determining the spectral fluxes of solar radiation, taking into account the effects of absorption and scattering of radiation by aerosols and clouds at the level of the earth's surface, which consists in calculating the extra-atmospheric spectral fluxes of solar radiation, ozone absorption cross sections, attenuation coefficients based on the coordinates of the assessment point, date and time of the assessment solar radiation as a result of scattering by gases, the optical mass of the atmosphere, characterized in that according to the data on the surface pressure, air humidity, the total ozone at the level of the earth’s surface, the total cloud score, the average size of cloud and aerosol particles, the turbidity coefficients and attenuation coefficients of solar radiation by atmospheric aerosol and clouds are determined and the spectral fluxes of solar radiation are determined by the formula taking into account the effects of absorption and scattering of radiation by aerosols and clouds.
