Abstract
Ветроэнергетическая установка, содержащая ветроколесо, опорную башню, гондолу с электроагрегатом, поворотное основание, устройство ориентации на ветровой поток, отличающаяся тем, что устройство ориентации на ветровой поток выполнено в виде хвостового оперения двухкилевой схемы вертикального оперения и стабилизатора, расположенного на поворотном основании, при этом кили установлены на концевых участках стабилизатора и их аэродинамические профили ориентированы вогнутой стороной наружу, а каждый киль состоит из пары элементов одинаковых по размерам и с одинаковыми несимметричными профилями с постоянной хордой по всей длине, причем элементы установлены относительно друг друга под углом и с зазором, образующим профилированную щель, с возможностью поворота плоскости ветроколеса относительно вертикальной оси вращения при небольшой скорости набегающего потока, в условиях максимального торможения скорости ветрового потока за плоскостью вращения ветроколеса, при этом элементы жестко соединены по торцам.A wind power plant containing a wind wheel, a support tower, a gondola with an electric unit, a rotary base, a wind flow orientation device, characterized in that the wind flow orientation device is made in the form of a tail unit of a two-keel vertical tail and a stabilizer located on a rotary base, while keels are installed on the end sections of the stabilizer and their aerodynamic profiles are oriented with the concave side outward, and each keel consists of a pair of elements of the same size and with the same asymmetric profiles with a constant chord along the entire length, and the elements are installed relative to each other at an angle and with a gap forming profiled slot, with the ability to rotate the plane of the wind wheel relative to the vertical axis of rotation at a low speed of the incident flow, under conditions of maximum deceleration of the speed of the wind flow behind the plane of rotation of the wind wheel, while the elements are rigidly connected along ends.
