The device operates as follows.
The device allows you to control physiological information from the patient being examined during various types of his activities, including training. The method is based on the fact that if the student gives out information other than accumulated (erroneous information), then this affects his physiological data. In this case, the microprocessor 1 according to the program generates address and control signals and issues them to block 2. At the same time, the microprocessor data register is prepared for receiving information. In accordance with the signals of the microprocessor, block 2 generates control signals in the ADC 4 and switch 5. It should be noted that the address signal to the switch is transmitted from block 2 by the signals from the decoder 3. Block 2 also generates an address and transmission signal for the ADC 4. Polling program sensors is quite rigid, but software adjustments can be made to it. From the respiration sensor 6, which is an open optocoupler pair, the photo-resistance of which is turned on by a half-bridge circuit, the signal is transmitted to the former 9, in which the DC component is eliminated by the filter and amplified. From shaper 9, the signal through switch 5 is transmitted to ADC 4, where it is converted to a parallel code, and transmitted to block 2. From this block, information is transmitted to the data register of the microprocessor, which stores this information in a specific area of RAM.
The signal from the pulse sensor 7 is fed to the driver 10. When generating a heart rate signal, the photoplethysmogram method is used. The operation of the shaper 10 differs from the operation of the shaper 9 by a large gain and stronger high-pass filtering. In addition, to eliminate the influence of the network frequency, a double bridge is used, tuned to a frequency of 50 Hz. The signal from the shaper 10 through the switch 5 enters the ADC 4 and then to block 2. Information from block 2 is transmitted to the data register of the microprocessor 1 and then to a certain area of RAM.
The signal from the sensor 8 represents the voltage drop across the measured object when a stable current from the generator flows through it (not shown in the drawing). This signal is amplified by a built-in amplifier. The sensor and amplifier are powered by a separate power supply. The sensor and the built-in amplifier are separated from the general circuit by galvanic isolation (block 12) in order to ensure the patient's electrical safety and the influence of the general supply on the sensor readings. Thus, the sensor 8 is a meter of the active component of the resistance of the skin. However, the greatest interest for the study is not the static value of the RAG, but its fluctuations, therefore, the received signal is separated from the constant component. Then the signal is filtered from interference, the frequency of which is approximately twice the frequency of the RGR signal, including the frequency of the mains supply. The filtered signal enters the switch 5, from where it is transmitted to block 2 through the ADC 4. Information from block 2 enters the microprocessor data register and is recorded in a specific area. Simultaneously with the recording of the above signals, information is recorded by the patient. All collected information is transmitted further to a computer for processing and analysis.
G 06 F 15/42, 1987. Thus, the invention allows for the collection of essential objective information about the patient with a small amount of equipment, which, with further analysis, will make it possible to judge the degree of compliance of the patient’s accumulated and issued information. This will further improve the quality of control over the assimilation of knowledge. (56) 1. PCT Application N W087 / 07969, CL G 06 F 15/42, 1987.
