Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering technology, in particular to the technology of completing parts for balancing composite rotors, and can be used, for example, in the technology of manufacturing separator rotors.
Known methods for completing parts of composite rotors.
[1] . There is a method of selecting the blades of the turbine and compressor, which consists in selecting the blades during installation according to the equality of the product of the weight of the blade by the coordinate of its center of gravity relative to the axis of rotation of the balanced rotor [1].
[2] . There is also known a method by which the axial displacement of the center of gravity of the blade relative to its design position is additionally determined within the deviation determined by the tolerance, and the blades placed next to the disk are installed so that they have axial displacements of different signs [2].
[3] . Closest to the invention in technical essence is a method of completing parts of a composite rotor (blades of a turbomachine disk), which consists in the fact that the parts of a composite rotor are selected depending on the static moment, number them and assembled taking into account the numbers [3].
The disadvantages of this method are that it does not allow to experimentally evaluate the dynamic characteristics and check for equal strength details of the composite rotor at operating speeds.
The aim of the invention is to increase convenience.
2. The drawing shows the assembly of two thin-walled parts of the composite rotor: the outer part 1 and the
The method is implemented as follows.
From the head batch of manufactured parts, a part is selected with the maximum permissible difference value, which is determined using known measuring tools. Install this part on a stand for static balancing in dynamic mode.
When rotating the part on the measuring scale of the stand, mark the division corresponding to the initial imbalance of the part with the maximum allowable difference. Next, calibrate the measuring scale in arbitrary units, depending on the maximum permissible difference. After calibrating the scale, on the balancing stand, all manufactured thin-walled parts of two types are installed sequentially, external 1 and internal 2. When rotating the parts, determine the magnitude of the initial unbalance of each part according to the measuring scale in arbitrary units and the unbalance phase, for example, using the speed indicator scale. Then, on the parts of one type, for example, on the outer parts 1, a “heavy” place is marked corresponding to the phase of the initial unbalance, and on the details of another type (internal parts 2), a “light” place corresponding to the opposite phase of the initial unbalance is marked with an easily washable paint mark . At the same time, the parts are numbered in scale units. Parts whose initial imbalance exceeds the limit value of the measuring scale are rejected. Then, parts of the first and second types with the same or closest numbers are selected, if for some parts of one type in the batch of parts of another type there are no parts with the same numbers. Selected parts are connected in pairs, combining the “hard” place of parts of one type with the “light” place of parts of another type, and fix their relative position with a latch 4. Finally mark the parts by applying the sign “0” on both parts against each other for unambiguous fixation and convenience in domestic use. Marks previously applied with paint are washed off, for example, when degreasing parts.
Using the method of assembling a composite rotor allows, in comparison with known methods, to experimentally evaluate and improve the dynamic characteristics of composite rotors, as well as experimentally verify the dynamic strength of thin-walled parts of composite rotors in order to ensure safe operation in a domestic environment. Moreover, the dynamic characteristics of the composite rotors are improved due to the relative position of the parts with the exception of the removal or addition of corrective masses, which is associated with maintaining the dynamic strength of thin-walled parts, for example, from aluminum alloys.
G 01 M 1/12, 1950. The use of this method also allows at the stage of manufacturing parts of composite rotors to assess the quality (wear) of the tool, that is, to control the process according to manufacturing accuracy. In addition, the complexity of the manufacturing process for the manufacture, metrology and assembly of composite rotors is significantly reduced. (56) 1. USSR author's certificate N 128184, cl.
