Abstract

1. Огнестойкая пластина (1) для шибера, в частности для шиберных или поворотных затворов на металлургических плавильных сосудах, состоящая из основной части (2) и огнестойкой керамической вставки (3) с пропускным отверстием (4), отличающаяся тем, что основная часть (2) содержит следующие компоненты: ! 40-65 мас.% оксида магния с размером частиц 0,5-5 мм, ! 30-45 мас.% оксида магния с гранулометрическим составом, в котором 50-80 мас.% частиц имеют размер менее 0,063 мм, ! 1-5 мас.% глиноземистого цемента, ! 2-7 мас.% фосфатного связующего агента, и ! 3-5 мас.% органического связующего агента. ! 2. Пластина для шибера по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что оксид магния имеет форму спеченного MgO и/или MgO-шпинели. ! 3. Пластина для шибера по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что глиноземистый цемент содержит, по меньшей мере, 70 мас.% оксида алюминия. ! 4. Пластина для шибера по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, пластина (1) для шибера изготовлена с помощью прессования в форме компонентов основной части (2) совместно с жаростойкой керамической вставкой (3) и последующей дополнительной термической обработкой. ! 5. Пластина для шибера по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что пластина (1) для шибера изготовлена с помощью прессования в форме компонентов основной части (2) совместно с жаростойкой керамической вставкой (3) и последующей дополнительной термической обработкой. ! 6. Claims (12)

1. Огнестойкая пластина (1) для шибера, в частности для шиберных или поворотных затворов на металлургических плавильных сосудах, состоящая из основной части (2) и огнестойкой керамической вставки (3) с пропускным отверстием (4), отличающаяся тем, что основная часть (2) содержит следующие компоненты:
40-65 мас.% оксида магния с размером частиц 0,5-5 мм,
30-45 мас.% оксида магния с гранулометрическим составом, в котором 50-80 мас.% частиц имеют размер менее 0,063 мм,
1-5 мас.% глиноземистого цемента,
2-7 мас.% фосфатного связующего агента, и
3-5 мас.% органического связующего агента.
2. Пластина для шибера по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что оксид магния имеет форму спеченного MgO и/или MgO-шпинели.
3. Пластина для шибера по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что глиноземистый цемент содержит, по меньшей мере, 70 мас.% оксида алюминия.
4. Пластина для шибера по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, пластина (1) для шибера изготовлена с помощью прессования в форме компонентов основной части (2) совместно с жаростойкой керамической вставкой (3) и последующей дополнительной термической обработкой.
5. Пластина для шибера по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что пластина (1) для шибера изготовлена с помощью прессования в форме компонентов основной части (2) совместно с жаростойкой керамической вставкой (3) и последующей дополнительной термической обработкой.
6. Пластина для шибера по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что термическую дополнительную обработку осуществляют при температуре от 150 до 300°С в течение 6 ч или более.
7. Пластина для шибера по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что термическую дополнительную обработку осуществляют при температуре от 150 до 300°С в течение 6 ч или более.
8. Пластина для шибера по одному из п.1, 2, 5, 6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что огнестойкая керамическая вставка (3) запрессована в основную часть (2) без шва.
9. Пластина для шибера по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что огнестойкая керамическая вставка (3) запрессована в основную часть (2) без шва.
10. Пластина для шибера по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что огнестойкая керамическая вставка (3) запрессована в основную часть (2) без шва.
11. Основная часть для огнестойкой пластины для шибера, отличающаяся тем, что основная часть (2) имеет состав согласно одному из пп.1-3.
12. Способ изготовления огнестойкой пластины (1) для шибера по одному из пп.1-10, в котором смесь компонентов основной части (2) прессуют в форме совместно с жаростойкой керамической вставкой (3) и затем подвергают дополнительной термической обработке, которую осуществляют, предпочтительно при температуре от 150 до 300°С в течение 6 ч или более.
