Abstract
1. Способ извлечения металлов из золотосодержащей сульфидно-окисленной медной руды, заключающийся в дроблении и измельчении золотосодержащей сульфидно-окисленной медной руды, гравитационном обогащении измельченной руды с получением золотосодержащего концентрата, коллективной флотации сульфидных и окисленных минералов меди из хвостов гравитации с выделением коллективного медного концентрата, чановом выщелачивании коллективного медного концентрата при перемешивании водным раствором серной кислоты при концентрации не менее 2 г/л с участием озона концентрацией в озоно-кислородной газовой смеси более 85 г/л, пероксида водорода и ионов оксидного железа концентрацией не менее 2 г/л, обезвоживании и промывке твердой фазы выщелачивания концентрата, экстракции меди из медьсодержащих растворов, флотационном извлечении меди и серебра из твердой фазы выщелачивания концентрата. ! 2. Способ по п.1, заключающийся в том, что гравитационное обогащение руды, измельченной до крупности 60% класса минус 0,063 мм, проводят в центробежных концентраторах с последующей доводкой выделяемого чернового золотосодержащего концентрата на концентрационных столах с получением кондиционного золотосодержащего концентрата (фиг.1). ! 3.
