Дистальную часть Т-образной трубки захватывают инструментом и выводят наружу через культю пузырного протока и закрепляют кетгутовым швом. Холедохотомическое отверстие ушивают однорядным атравматичным швом. В средней части дренажа и по концам проксимальной трубки делают овальные отверстия на половину диаметра трубки, что позволяет беспрепятственно удалять дренаж в послеоперационном периоде.
