Abstract
1. Способ получения полиуретанов путем взаимодействия полиизоцианатов а) с соединениями, содержащими по меньшей мере два атома водорода, реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатным группам, b), отличающийся тем, что в качестве полиизоцианата а) используют по меньшей мере смесь дифенилметандиизоцианата и полифениленполиметиленполиизоцианатов ai) со средней функциональностью от 2,2 до 5,2, содержанием 2-ядерных МДИ не более 2 мас.%, 3-ядерных МДИ от 25 до 65 мас.%, 4-ядерных МДИ - от 5 до 45 мас.%, ≥5-ядерных МДИ от 1 до 40 мас.% и содержанием уретониминов не более 4 мас.%, соответственно, в пересчете на массу полиизоцианата ai). ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) получают, если смеси диизоцианатов и полиизоцианатов со средней функциональностью больше 2 экстрагируют и затем освобождают от диизоцианатов перегонкой. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) получают, если смеси дифенилметандиизоцианата и полифениленполиметиленполиизоцианатов со средней функциональностью больше 2 экстрагируют и затем освобождают от дифенилметандиизоцианата перегонкой. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве полиизоцианата а) используют исключительно полиизоцианат ai). ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) используют в смеси с другими полиизоцианатами. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) используют в смеси по меньшей мере с одним форполимером aii), содержащим изоцианатные и уретановые группы. ! 7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что форполимер aii) получают путем взаимодействия полиизоцианатов и взятых в стехиометрическом недостатке соединений, содержащих по меньшей м
Claims (16)
1. Способ получения полиуретанов путем взаимодействия полиизоцианатов а) с соединениями, содержащими по меньшей мере два атома водорода, реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатным группам, b), отличающийся тем, что в качестве полиизоцианата а) используют по меньшей мере смесь дифенилметандиизоцианата и полифениленполиметиленполиизоцианатов ai) со средней функциональностью от 2,2 до 5,2, содержанием 2-ядерных МДИ не более 2 мас.%, 3-ядерных МДИ от 25 до 65 мас.%, 4-ядерных МДИ - от 5 до 45 мас.%, ≥5-ядерных МДИ от 1 до 40 мас.% и содержанием уретониминов не более 4 мас.%, соответственно, в пересчете на массу полиизоцианата ai).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) получают, если смеси диизоцианатов и полиизоцианатов со средней функциональностью больше 2 экстрагируют и затем освобождают от диизоцианатов перегонкой.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) получают, если смеси дифенилметандиизоцианата и полифениленполиметиленполиизоцианатов со средней функциональностью больше 2 экстрагируют и затем освобождают от дифенилметандиизоцианата перегонкой.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве полиизоцианата а) используют исключительно полиизоцианат ai).
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) используют в смеси с другими полиизоцианатами.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ai) используют в смеси по меньшей мере с одним форполимером aii), содержащим изоцианатные и уретановые группы.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что форполимер aii) получают путем взаимодействия полиизоцианатов и взятых в стехиометрическом недостатке соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере два атома водорода, реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатным группам.
8. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что форполимер aii) имеет содержание не прореагировавших мономерных изоцианатов не более 1 мас.%, в пересчете на массу форполимера aii).
9. Смесь полиизоцианатов со средней функциональностью от 2,2 до 5,2, состоящая из дифенилметандиизоцианата и полифениленполиметиленполиизоцианатов, с содержанием 2-ядерных МДИ не более 2 мас.%, 3-ядерных МДИ от 25 до 65 мас.%, 4-ядерных МДИ - от 5 до 45 мас.%, ≥5-ядерных МДИ от 1 до 40 мас.% и содержанием уретониминов не более 4 мас.%, соответственно, в пересчете на массу смеси полиизоцианатов.
10. Смесь полиизоцианатов, содержащая по меньшей мере полиизоцианат ai) со средней функциональностью от 2,2 до 5,2 и имеющая в составе: 2-ядерных МДИ не более 2 мас.%, 3-ядерных МДИ от 25 до 65 мас.%, 4-ядерных МДИ - от 5 до 45 мас.%, ≥5-ядерных МДИ от 1 до 40 мас.% и уретониминов не более 4 мас.%, соответственно, в пересчете на массу полиизоцианата ai), и форполимер aii), содержащий изоцианатные и уретановые группы, с содержанием не прореагировавших мономерных изоцианатов не более 1 мас.%, в пересчете на массу форполимера aii).
11. Применение смеси полиизоцианатов по пп.9 или 10 для получения полиуретанов.
12. Применение смеси полиизоцианатов по пп.9 или 10 для получения 1-компонентных пенополиуретанов в аэрозольных баллонах.
13. Применение смеси полиизоцианатов по пп.9 или 10 для получения полиуретановых клеев и/или герметиков.
14. Применение смеси полиизоцианатов по пп.9 или 10 для получения полиуретановых эластомеров.
15. Применение смеси полиизоцианатов по пп.9 или 10 для получения 2-компонентных пенополиуретанов.
16. Применение смеси полиизоцианатов по пп.9 или 10 для получения 2-компонентных жестких пенополиуретанов.
