Abstract
1. Жидкая композиция, включающая по меньшей мере один материал на белковой основе и по меньшей мере одну содержащую бактериальную целлюлозу смесь, включающую по меньшей мере один материал бактериальной целлюлозы и по меньшей мере один полимерный загуститель, выбранный из группы, состоящей по меньшей мере из одного несущего заряд эфира целлюлозы, по меньшей мере один осаждающий агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из продуктов: ксантана, пектина, альгинатов, геллановой камеди, велановой камеди, диутановой камеди, рамсановой камеди, каррагинана, гуаровой камеди, агара, гуммиарабика, камеди гатти, камеди карайи, трагакантовой камеди, камеди тамаринда, камеди из бобов рожкового дерева и др. и их смесей, в которой указанная жидкая композиция показывает уровень рН максимально 5,5. ! 2. Жидкая композиция по п.1, в которой указанный полимерный загуститель является несущим заряд эфиром целлюлозы. ! 3. Жидкая композиция по п.2, в которой указанный несущий заряд эфир целлюлозы выбирается из группы, состоящей из натриевой карбоксиметилцеллюлозы, катионной гидроэтилцеллюлозы и их смесей. ! 4. Жидкая композиция по п.1, в которой указанный полимерный загуститель является осадителем. ! 5. Жидкая композиция по п.4, в которой указанный осадитель выбирается из группы, состоящей из продукта: ксантана, пектина, альгинатов, геллановой камеди, велановой камеди, диутановой камеди, рамсановой камеди, каррагинана, гуаровой камеди, агара, гуммиарабика, камеди гатти, камеди карайи, трагакантовой камеди, камеди тамаринда, камеди из бобов рожкового дерева и др. и их смесей. ! 6. Жидкая композиция по п.5, в которой указанный осадитель является пектином. ! 71. The liquid composition of claim 1 wherein said polymeric thickener is a precipitant. ! 5. Liquid composition according to claim 4, in which the specified precipitant is selected from the group consisting of the product: xanthan, pectin, alginates, gellan gum, welan gum, diutan gum, ramsan gum, carrageenan, guar gum, agar, gum arabic, gum gatti , karaya gum, gum tragacanth, tamarind gum, locust bean gum, etc., and mixtures thereof. ! 6. Liquid composition according to claim 5, wherein said precipitant is pectin. ! 7
