Abstract
1. Способ изготовления биметаллического изделия «МАК-БИМЕТ», включающий формирование из цилиндрических металлических заготовок формы с кольцевой рабочей полостью, сообщенной с размещенной над ней литниково-питающей системой, размещение в кольцевой рабочей полости наполнителя в виде смеси кристаллического графита со стальной дробью, оснащение литниково-питающей системы основным матричным сплавом на основе бронзы с последующей герметизацией формы, нагревом, выдержкой, охлаждением и механической обработкой, отличающийся тем, что наполнитель содержит алюминиевую пудру при следующем соотношении мас. %: стальная дробь (55-60), кристаллический графит (0,7-4) 25-30, алюминиевая пудра (2-0,5), аммоний (1-4) и основной матричный сплав на основе бронзы (25-30), при этом перед герметизацией и нагревом герметичной формы в литниково-питающую систему вводят дополнительный матричный сплав, нагрев герметичной формы с наполнителем и матричными сплавами производят до температуры (1100-1230)°С, со скоростью нагрева (100-120)°С/ч, выдержку осуществляют в течение (9-12) ч. ! 2. Способ изготовления биметаллического изделия «МАК-БИМЕТ» по п.1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительный матричный сплав вводят не менее 10% от основного. ! 3.
