Abstract
Способ диагностики стронгилятозов желудочно-кишечного тракта жвачных животных, заключающийся в том, что берут пробу фекалий весом 3-5 г, помещают в стакан, заливают небольшим количеством флотационной жидкости, состоящей из насыщенного раствора натрия хлорида и глицерина в соотношении 2:1, процеживают в чистый стакан, дают взвеси отстояться в течение 15-30 мин, петлей снимают поверхностную пленку (через 15 мин определяют яйца кишечных стронгилят, а через 30 мин - личинок при их наличии), переносят ее на предметное стекло и микроскопируют.A method for the diagnosis of strongilatoses of the gastrointestinal tract of ruminants, which consists in the fact that a feces weighing 3-5 g is taken, placed in a glass, poured with a small amount of flotation liquid, consisting of a saturated solution of sodium chloride and glycerol in a ratio of 2: 1, filtered a clean glass, let the suspension settle for 15-30 minutes, remove the surface film with a loop (intestinal strongil eggs are determined after 15 minutes, and larvae, if any), transfer it to a glass slide and microscope.
