Abstract
1. Способ культивирования гриба, заключающийся в приготовлении и засеве мицелия в субстрат, отличающийся тем, что в качестве субстрата для выращивания плодовых тел гриба используют слой опилочной мульчи под садовыми растениями, засев производится мицелием, выращенным на опилочной смеси из спор, полученных из шляпки раскрывшегося гриба веселки обыкновенной или шляпки гриба со спорами, растертой во влажной опилочной смеси, и помещают в пакет, после чего ставят для инкубирования при температуре 16-25°С до прорастания спор и роста мицелия в опилочном субстрате на 20-30 дней, затем опилочный субстрат, заселенный мицелием, вносят порциями под опилочную мульчу, или в толщу опилочной мульчи, превышающей 10 см и расположенной под садовыми растениями, далее в опилочной мульче выращивают в течение одного года плодовые тела гриба, которые собирают и используют по назначению, а в качестве субстрата для прорастания мицелия и для мульчи используют смесь любых древесных опилок, в том числе и хвойных пород: сосны, пихты, лиственницы и т.д. ! 2.
