Способ лечения вальгусной деформации первого пальца стопы и варусной деформации первой плюсневой кости, заключающийся в обнажении операционного поля, выкраивании из капсулы сустава лоскута треугольной формы с дистальным основанием, последующей бурсэкзостоэкзотомии, проведении остеотомии I плюсневой кости, устранении варусного положения I плюсневой кости, фиксации правильного положения I плюсневой кости, зашивании раны, отличающийся тем, что операционным полем являются основание I плюсневой кости и I плюснефаланговый сустав, остеотомию осуществляют в сагиттальной плоскости в метафизарной зоне основания плюсневой кости, фиксацию I плюсневой кости осуществляют спицами Киршнера, дополнительно обнажают основание основной фаланги I пальца стопы и осуществляют остеотомию во фронтальной плоскости с образованием плоскости сечения конгруэнтной головке I плюсневой кости, устраняют вальгусную деформацию I пальца, производят его трансартикулярную фиксацию спицей Киршнера, при этом остеотомию I плюсневой кости и остеотомию основной фаланги I пальца осуществляют желобовидным долотом дугообразно.1.
