Claims (10)

1. Устройство для обработки пластмассы, в частности термопластичной, содержащее приемную емкость (1) для обрабатываемого материала, во внутреннем пространстве которой на несущем диске (9) расположены инструменты (21), приводимые во вращение вокруг, в частности, вертикальной оси (8) вала (4) с помощью пропущенного в это внутреннее пространство вала (4), а также, по меньшей мере, один шнек (17) для отвода материала из приемной емкости (1), при этом корпус (16) шнека содержит питающее отверстие (27), которое по ходу потока сообщено с выпускным отверстием (15) приемной емкости (1), расположенным ниже уровня несущего диска (9) и размещенных на нем инструментов (21), причем в приемной емкости (1) под несущим диском (9) расположены дополнительные инструменты (12), подающие материал в выпускное отверстие (15), отличающееся тем, что несущий диск (9) содержит, по меньшей мере, один проем (36), расположенный вблизи оси (8) и вблизи кромок (37) инструментов (21) движущихся при вращении несущего диска (9), и сообщающий пространство (26) над несущим диском (9) с пространством (10) под ним.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один проем (36) содержит стенки (40), расположенные наклонно в направлении к оси (8) и плоскости несущего диска (9).
3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один проем (36) снабжен крышкой (28), закрывающей проем (36) вокруг до отверстия (35), ориентированного в направлении к периферии несущего диска (9).
4. Устройство по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что проемы (36) имеют круглое сечение.
5. Устройство по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что максимальная площадь сечения всех проемов (36) равна площади сечения всех шнеков (17) экструдера, сообщенного по ходу потока с выпускным отверстием (15).
6. Устройство по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что дополнительные подвижные инструменты (12), расположенные в пространстве (10) ниже несущего диска (9), подвешены с возможностью поворота на несущем диске (9) или на валу (4) и/или неподвижно закреплены на дополнительном несущем диске (29), расположенном ниже несущего диска (9).
7. Устройство по п.6, отличающееся тем, что дополнительные инструменты (12) выполнены в виде мешалок или измельчительных инструментов с резцами.
8. Устройство по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что для пространства (26) над несущим диском (9) предусмотрено устройство (30) для измерения температуры и охлаждающее устройство (33), в частности устройство для распыления хладоагента.
9. Устройство по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что для пространства (10) под несущим диском (9) предусмотрено устройство (31) для измерения температуры и охлаждающее устройство (32), в частности устройство для распыления хладоагента.
10. Устройство по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрено отсасывающее устройство (34) для отвода летучих веществ, расположенное выше места образования смесительного вихря, вызываемого вращением инструментов (21) в приемной емкости (1).
