Насосная установка для одновременной раздельной эксплуатации двух пластов в скважине, содержащая колонну лифтовых труб, кабель, пакер, хвостовик и два отдельных насоса для откачки продукции пластов, которые заключены в верхний и нижний кожухи, причем насос для откачки продукции нижнего пласта выполнен электропогружным, отличающаяся тем, что нижний кожух электропогружного насоса снабжен узлом герметизации кабеля и сообщен снизу с подпакерным пространством через хвостовик, который выше пакера оснащен перепускным устройством, причем выход электропогружного насоса сообщен с верхним кожухом, который сверху сообщен с колонной лифтовых труб и снабжен боковым каналом, при этом верхний насос выполнен штанговым, колонна штанг которого выполнена полой и герметично соединена с плунжером, причем прием плунжерного насоса сообщен с надпакерным пространством посредством бокового канала верхнего кожуха.1.
