Claims (4)
1. Трубчатый сепаратор для разделения текучих сред, например нефти, газа и воды, используемый при добыче и отборе нефти и газа из пластов, расположенных ниже дна моря, содержащий корпус (1) в виде трубы с входным и выходным поперечными сечениями, в основном соответствующими сечению транспортного трубопровода (4, 7), к которому подсоединен трубчатый сепаратор, отличающийся тем, что в трубчатом сепараторе (1) установлено или к его выходу присоединено трубчатое колено или обводной трубопровод (2) для образования ниже по течению от трубчатого сепаратора (1) гидравлического затвора, предназначенного для поддерживания в сепараторе определенного уровня текучей среды, и, кроме того, обеспечивающего возможность чистки сепаратора и обводного трубопровода скребками.
2. Трубчатый сепаратор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выше по течению от трубчатого сепаратора (1) расположен циклон (11), предназначенный для отделения газа, а также тем, что газ возвращают по трубопроводу (12) обратно в транспортный трубопровод (4) ниже по течению от трубчатого сепаратора (1).
3. Трубчатый сепаратор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для транспортирования газа в обход гидравлического затвора (2) имеется байпасный трубопровод (14), а также тем, что вход трубопровода (14) соединен с трубчатым сепаратором выше по течению относительно трубчатого сепаратора, а выход трубопровода (14) соединен с транспортным трубопроводом (4) ниже по течению относительно трубчатого сепаратора (1).
4. Трубчатый сепаратор по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что имеются компактный электростатический коагулятор и, после него, дополнительный сепаратор (16) ниже по течению от трубчатого сепаратора (1), и тем, что газ из циклона (11) транспортируют обратно в транспортный трубопровод (4) на участке после дополнительного сепаратора (16), в то время как воду из дополнительного сепаратора (16) направляют на повторное закачивание в смежную скважину.
