Клапан регулирующий, содержащий корпус с входным и выходным патрубками, внутри которого размещено седло и запорно-регулирующий орган с проходными окнами, причем последний установлен с возможностью перемещения относительно седла, отличающийся тем, что седло и запорно-регулирующий орган выполнены из постоянных магнитов, одноименные полюсы которых расположены на уплотнительных поверхностях и связаны с корпусом через неподвижную и подвижную обоймы соответственно.1.
